Whoever runs this place, GM, Manager, whoever! You need to be fired ASAP!!! This staff was set up for failure with only one person in the back, this poor young gentleman upfront was running around with angry customers because orders took over 30-40 mins. All because y’all can’t hide more people so you make the ones you have work their behinds off. Get yourself in check and hire more employees!

The worst little Caesars ever. Take my advice and go to the one on Prien Lake Rd. The people at this location do not know what they’re doing. You will be waiting forever for your pizza. They need to have better staffing. It’s terrible.

The workers here make it a great experience. It is little ceasers so it’s hit or miss on the center of the pizza falling into the box but it’s rare. We grab it pretty often. Special thanks to the young lady who made up for not having any garlic butter! I’d say you get what you pay for but here, that’s not the case. This location, you always get more.

I did NOT get what I paid for!!! Ordered a specialty pizza and received a plain pepperoni. I brought it back within 20 minutes (as soon as I got it home and opened the box we realized it was wrong) staff was EXTREMELY rude to me, especially the manager!!!! (Christy Thibodeaux). Refused a refund and refused to make what I paid for!! She then called the police on me telling them I was “disgruntled” after yelling GET OUT OF MY STORE!!! HORRIBLE customer service. The police officer even asked her why she couldn’t make the pizza I paid for and she said “I tried giving him a regular pepperoni to replace it but he didn’t want it”. No, I want what I paid you for or a refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Have never been treated so nasty in my life!!!! Contacting corporate and hoping they take disciplinary action with this manager!!! I have evidence of the time I picked up this pizza and the time I returned. She kept saying I was gone over an hour but even when the police arrived, it hadn’t been an hour. The office even told her this!! I have been in management for over 20 years and I’ve never seen such a horrible display of customer service in my life!!!! Look at the google and Facebook reviews for this store!!! I wish I had before I went here.

If I could rated lower than 1 I would…The girls there are absolutely LAZY. Sunday They acted as if they couldnt cook anything when they didnt have it in the warmers and it was only 5 o clock. They kept turning customers around with attitudes talking about the only thing they were cooking was pepperoni and cheese. I’m never going back and definitely letting my family know not to. Dominos it is from here on out.

Workers weren’t rude, just horrifically incompetent, but a sign saying ur short staffed when u have 6 employees standing around, gossiping and tossing restaurant supplies, is not a good look. After almost nothing “hot n ready” was available (at 4:30 pm with SIX employees on the clock), we just got a 3 meat pizza, bread, and sauce. Literally 3 inches of the dough the whole way around was crust. The pizza had also been sitting there since lunch, easy to tell, especially when I’ve worked at this chain, plus another fast pizza, and a higher end pizza place. NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give this location a 0 for night shift I would…you spend over $40 just to get a pizza thrown in the box workers/manager standing around talking don’t want to wait on customer in a timely matter and then have a attitude because you want to order food (It is a restaurant right??) I want say it’s all workers cause MORNING SHIFT Thank you for your Professionalism and having my order and pizza just how I ordered and Great Customer Service keep up the good job. Night shift please get a Adult that can get there crew together and pizza right, thanks to the money waisted and the club scene when you walk thru door and try to charge you for the mistake they made on giving you the wrong pizza.
