I ordered online it said one total but when it processed the payment was much higher.I called over 54 times in one hour still no one ever picked up.Thankfully the delivery driver called me to get my ok that the drink I originally ordered was out of stock, and it was then I spoke with a male manager with no customer service skills and no refund for the order I canceled I’ve called probably 30 times more and still no satisfaction I have now involved my bank hopefully I’m refunded soon.They have lost me as a customer for good.

This is the second time I make my order and when it’s delivered is the wrong order. I always order light cheese light sauce with pineapple and pepperoni. When I call to let them know the person on the phone just tell me to wait and then the call is cut off. I call again and the person does it again. I when in person and they just told me they can’t give me a refund because I made my order online . Worse customer service and rude.

Drive up window staff are always lovely. Food is consistently good. Think they may be slightly understaffed, which seems to be the new normal. So there may be a few minutes wait if you don’t order ahead.

Why do I keep coming back here? Every time I’m disappointed. I have to wait forever for subpar pizza. The staff here is a bunch of rude azz kids. Management sucks! One night, they closed down early and never made my order!!! I think this is the last straw.

Stood at the counter for several minutes. Tried to be patient as the drive through looked busy and the two employees were slinging pizzas out. Never was acknowledged by staff AT ALL. When the guy in the back glared at me while drinking from his Pepsi then went back to making pizzas, I realized I wasn’t going to be served and walked out.
