Pizza is good, especially for the price. Service is some of the worst I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t let me in to pick up order. Have to go thru the drive up. Store set up is horrible. Have to exit to street and not able to go back into the parking lot. Little Ceasars has stepped up their game, but this location SUCKS.

I noticed their prices are higher than the location on Loyola. Wings are small & taste horrible. The meat was a brown/orange color almost like a Cajun sausage.. I think they were bad. Me & my bf was on the toilet all night. Was charged for extra sauce which I didn’t order, she never took it off once she realized it was for the car behind me…and it wasn’t even in the bag so was charged for something I didn’t want & didn’t even get.

Maybe it’s asking too much for a plain cheese from the drive-thru, way undercooked. It was like eating salty chewing gum, not the best mix of taste and texture. It’s a shame I like little little Ceasars, maybe if they had more control over their entry-level employees, this wouldn’t have happened, but we all know you get what you pay for.

I waited in line for 20 minutes as I got to the window she asked me what I ordered that she didn’t ring it in then as we already waited her and the other guy in the window started talking and didn’t put the order in still horrible service pizza was good but they have the worst service I’ve ever been to in 36 years

Uodate 2023: the workers claim that little Caesars sends emails saying food is ready when it is in fact not ready. I’m fairly confident the order ready email is only sent when the workers select order is ready in the system. Thus they ar eying and more than likely selling orders to other customers in drive thru to ge them out quicker and making me wait twice as long for my online order. They’re very rude also.
