To be fair, the pizza was actually great. But what I really don’t like was my recent visit. While I was waiting for my order, a teenage employee came to me and asked why I was there. She was very rude and it makes me feel like I don’t want to go back there. I’m not going to give this place five stars until these employees know how to respect the customers.

So Friendly and very clean and inviting atmosphere. Only downside is that they don’t serve Coca-Cola drinks.

I’m basing this rating on the service. Mainly, the reaction of the lady at the counter (who said she was the owner). I ordered online and picked up at drive thru. I ordered garlic Parmesan chicken wings which are pictured and described as 8 bone in chicken wings. I received 7 small, breaded, round chicken nuggets. The price was $6.99 which is far too much for 7 chicken nuggets. I went inside. The lady asked if she could help me and I showed her the container and the photo on the menu and said “I ordered wings and these are not wings”. I didn’t even finish my sentence and she became visibly upset and defensive and said they are boneless wings and went on to say in a not very friendly manner that it’s not her fault there is a wing shortage ad we are in the middle of a pandemic. I was trying to recommend they advise customers of this as it is a very big difference but she would not allow me to speak and kept interrupting me stating they are wings. I said they should have signs up informing of this and should have said something when I was waiting for my order. I wasn’t trying to be difficult, I just wanted to return them and get my money back. She kept going on about how it’s not her fault there is a shortage and making me feel bad for wanting to get a refund. She kept insisting they were wings instead of just calmly explaining the situation and refunding my money. This brought a male to the counter and she went on to tell him I was saying they aren’t wings “but they are”. She kept going on about that and about having to waste food. The man asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. The lady kept ranting and said for me to go ahead and complain to the manager because THEY ARE the owners. I said nothing about complaining to manager, ever. I just wanted my money back for the wings. My order was over $21 and these were not even close to what was pictured and I felt a refund was justified. She was so rude and out of line from the get go- I was nice about it until she literally went on a rant. At that point, I decided to return my entire order for a refund because I don’t feel she deserves my business after treating me that way. Please better inform customers that you are not serving the wings from the menu, but instead are serving breaded chicken nuggets so they can decide if it’s worth the same price as your usual wings.

Meh, they add too much cheese for the normal pizza (i.e. not pizzas that dp not ask for extra cheese). You also wait forever for your order drive thru or walk-in, unless you order ahead. In fact, I ended up leaving, one car was ahead of me even before I got in line and I still waited 30 minutes with no movement, I gave up. It would be one thing if this was a sit down fancy place. But 30 minutes for a “hot n ready” place, is not worth it.

I thought pizza was supposed to have sauce on it? Apparently not from this little Caesars.

Staff was amazingly nice. Pizza was hot and tasty as hoped. Would for sure go there again. The experience made our day after a long drive from Wisconsin.
