Well I figured I would test it out even though the reviews were bad. Went up about 0910 right after when they open. Couldn’t take orders yet cause they haven’t counted the money drawer yet, so bad start. I sped them up by just being there so they went ahead and did it. Took my order, food was correct and as good as you would expect from a truck stop little Caesars. Might’ve gotten lucky being the first customer of the day. Only complaint is I couldn’t order online but oh well, only took like 10mins to get my good. Can’t beat the price though even if service was bad, got a stuffed crust 3-topping pizza, order of wings and crazy bread for like $24. Ain’t gonna find that anywhere else.

The food is fine. Everything else sucks! I mean, really SUCKS! Their sign says “Order Online”, but you can’t. The app gives their telephone number, but it rings the fuel desk. Only one employee taking orders (when she gets around to it) while 2 other employees lean on the counter of the adjoining food counter talking. No ready to go. Tables filthy with dried on pizza sauce. Long wait when you finally get your chance to order. Bosselman’s, you should be ashamed, very ashamed.

Is it too much to ask for pepperoni pizza to be hot and ready 15 minutes. 15 minutes is what I hear every time I go in and ask for pepperoni 15 minutes. They got cheese they got sausage but never pepperoni 15 minutes is always the wait for pepperoni like they never have any pepperoni like they don’t understand the pepperonis actually in demand and that people want pepperoni so maybe they should get a couple pepperonis constantly going through so that they always have pepperoni oh no not this place customer service is horrible and it always takes 15 minutes if you want pepperoni they never have it hot and ready it’s like the people that work there have no concept of if pepperoni seems to be selling well let’s keep them going through so that we always have some pepperoni way too much to ask. This has been an ongoing problem for years every time I stop there they never have pepperoni.

Waited over 5 minutes for the cashier to come up from the back. Very rude, acted like I was an inconvenience to her. No hot & ready pizza aval. So I got the 2 orders of wings sitting in the warmer. I always thought we would get 1 free dipping sauce per order, I was charged for all 4. She said, that’s how it is here. 1 star is generous, I definitely won’t be back..

This location is horrible ! I’ve given them a second chance and it was worse than the first. Thin and crispy was thin and floppy, not completely cooked. Can only imagine how doughy a regular crust would be . Also the crazy bread IS NOT crazy bread but simply pizza dough cooked like crazy bread dough. There is a difference. I worked at a little Caesars a long time ago. Besides being regular pizza dough it’s half the size of crazy bread. This is what you get for being in a profit gouging truck stop. The service was also dismal. The app and online ordering were not working for this location. So had to order and wait. Was told 12 to 15mins, finally after 30mins my order was ready. Never again ! #littleceasers needs to come check this location. I guarantee they’d be horrified at what their doing to their good name.

They shut their ovens off so they can be gone at 9 pm. They really should just close at 0830. I showed up @ 2040 and all he had was wings! I said can I order his reply, “well our ovens are turned off” what a waste of a trk stop restaurant!

Terrible! I ordered a half Pepperoni pizza, half ham and pineapple. What I got was Pepperoni and pineapple across the entire pizza It was NOT on an original crust, but a paper thin tortilla-like crust. No clue what that was, but it isn’t what I ordered. I had already waited 45 minutes for my pizza as the staff on duty were having melt down, after melt down, and kept shutting the lights off, touting “we’re temporarily closed to catch up” The young staff were rude to, frustrated customers, in front the rest of us. I was already out to my truck when I realized the disgusting mess of pizza in my box, too tired and hungry to go back in and face that croud. I ate it, more like choked it down. I submitted a complaint asking for a refund. We shall see.

I ordered pepperoni with extra pepperoni and cheese with light sauce and he gives me 2 of the Lunch combo pizzas and wouldn’t make what I ordered but Dam sure charged me for it I won’t be back it’s always something here
