Always great pizza! However a few days later, I saw that my card was charged for two pizzas instead of one. I went in, asked to speak to a manager. I got a young man by the name of Allen, who sincerely apologized and fix the situation. I’ve worked in retail for many years even though this young man was pretty young this was Great customer service Allen. Thank You.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in around 7pm and the entire waiting room was full of people with nobody at the register. There are three people working and the one guy is very very slowly meandering around the kitchen area. He blatantly ignored other customers trying to get his attention. Saw two or three people just give up and walk out to take their money elsewhere. Two kids said they were waiting for 25 minutes and still hadn’t had their order taken.

They need to start make the puzzas correctly cause serving me raw Doe. That cannot ever happen again. Twice in the a same day. Deep dish not anymore it more like a shriveled up Doe bread that was rushed in cooking or the temp was not set correctly. In the last 2 months they have not been the same as when I was Teenage Boy. PIZZA,PIZZA Friday nights. They can do better.

Restaurant was in need of cleaning. Counter space and walls where dirty from food prep. Several orders where siting on counter not in warmer. Pizzas that looked to be burnt sitting out. When I arrived one costume was waiting. I pre ordered and still waited 20 minutes to get my order, this customer was still there when I left. My half and half pizza was all one toping. I hope for a turn around because there prices where great for a quick meal on a busy day. But I don’t see a return in the future.

Very disappointed. Went in at 823 at night said it would be maybe a 10 minute wait and I left at 923. I could of gotten food faster at a different pizza place. Pizza wasn’t hot, bread wasnt hot. Very very disappointed in them. Would not recommend them.

I called the head for an order. Showed up a few minutes early to pay for the order. . Was told to wait in the vehicle they bring my pizzas out. After an additional twenty minutes so thirty minutes after the food was ordered I go in to ask about the food. Told everybody laughed we don’t know about your order and it looks like it’s in the oven at which point they start my food. And I waited Forty five minutes for 2 pizzas. And and explanation of “its not our fault”

Little Caesars “big Lying” sign by where you place your order says “hot and ready”. Today, like most all the time I had to park and wait for it to be done. I Was told 10 to 15 minutes but waited half an hour and was so frustrated I drove back through and I told the guy I would never go there again and take off the hot n ready sign that is constantly deceptive. I ask that others follow my lead until something changes. A Mexicana restaurant billboard on the same highway posted margaritas for $2.98. Of course they were always out of tequila and were rightfully sued.
