Ordered through the app for the pizza portal pickup. It is normally very fast and convenient. I arrived and found a hand written sign on the door saying “the lobby is closed please use the drive through” with no reason given. The drive through was about 10 cars deep and incredibly slow. The food is already average at best so losing the convenience factor is a huge loss for LC’s. I will not be ordering from here again until they open the lobby. Terrible experience.

I’ve dropped by this location several times over the years to pick up one of their hot and ready pizzas. Usually they have them ready to go where I’m in the door pay and out the door in less than 5 minutes. About a week ago I went here as I’m walking up to the door the staff was getting ready to put a sign that says lobby closed online ordering only, with pick up from the drive-thru. This was kind of a turn off, sometimes you just want to walk in pay and walk out I don’t feel like I should have to get out my phone set up an account make an order then sit in line behind multiple other cars. If I have to make an online order and then wait 30 minutes behind other cars in the drive-thru I could have just gone to Walmart bought a couple pizzas drove home threw them in the oven and I would have had food faster. I’ve noticed some of the other reviews are complaining about the same thing to whoever owns his location you’re leaving money on the table by allowing your staff to force people to do online ordering only especially when it’s just a hot and ready pizzas pickup. Granted I get it it’s easier on staff if they just have to focus on one thing instead of keeping an eye on the front counter for anyone who walks in. But in the end this will deter future customers from returning. Now when I’m considering a pizza I’ll be doing the math on how long it will actually take to get a pizza from Little Caesars versus picking up a frozen pizza and cooking it myself. On a positive note the staff here has always been friendly with great attitudes.

I ordered on their app at 5:28 p.m., told me my order would be ready about 5:48-5:53 P.M. I assumed I would be receiving fresh pizza. I received a notification at precisely 5:32 to let me know my order was ready. I happened to already be in the parking lot and was able to grab my order before they even put it in the portal. I got home and was absolutely horrified at what they had given me! IT appeared to have been sitting around for hours, reheated multiple times and was just hard as can be! Is this the type of customer service you are aiming for? I get it , its cheap pizza but dang, this is a shame.
