Extremely disappointed in our last visit here. Staff was not friendly and our pretzel pizza tasted terrible. (Picture included so you can try to imagine the taste). Each of the items we purchased that day, 2 pizzas and 1 order of breadsticks, were far from Hot nor Fresh tasting. One of our pizzas wasn’t even cut all the way through, we had to cut it ourselves. I’ve given this business many chances over the years but this may be my last.

Order a pizza online so it should be hot and fresh right ? Nope, looks like it was left over from the lunch crowd. You know how food is that is left under a heat lamp ? Yeah, that’s what they serve here and hardly any sauce. This place is almost at the bottom of the barrel.

Tried to call and place an order for 2 pizzas at 9:10pm. They don’t close until 10pm but when calling to place an order, the phone person said, and I quote, “straight up, I’m trying to go home, I’m not making anymore pizza’s.” Who in their right mind would want to order from an establishment that cares so little for their customers? Jeez I’m tired of giving this place so many chances. Good bye and good riddance. I can’t wait till you close down completely.

Visited 6 pm on monday. Walked in was greeted by the nicest man! Gave my order said would be 15mins. Went down the road to get drinks. When I was walking in, he was already scanning my pizza for me to grab. Now that’s what I call service!

Terrible service every time. I got kicked out by the general manager for letting him know about previous problems. The general manager is VERY VERY rude and talks trash on other pizza restaurants. Denies that his store has ANY problems!! Not a professional environment at all. Hope that corporate steps in sometime.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Also I’ve never wanted to jump over the counter and deck a manager until tonight. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in my life. Went there to pick up an order was blatantly ignored for a different customer that walked in after then told that my food was misplaced and then told I was basically stupid because it was in the portal with a code that I never received. I will note the cook was super nice but that manager would only be good at a job if it was eating crayons.

Tired of giving this place 2nd (and 3rd and 4th) chances. Shame on me. Toppings cold, pizza not cooked evenly and one custom pizza had each topping in its own pile. A pile of onion, a pile of black olives, a pile of beef. Zero effort.
