I just ordered online for pick up. Went to store picked out of porthole deal and everything was wrong. And I mean completely wrong. Not the right food or dips. What I got looked like it was made this morning and I picked at 5pm. So I go back in and get the right food and it is so hard I can’t even bite it. It was definitely sitting for awhile not at all made when I ordered. Will never go back. Horrible experience!!!!

Absolute worst service ever. Waited an hour for 1 pizza. Was yelled at by the staff. The lady at the window was slurring her words and very confusing. Was told I couldn’t get a refund because I ordered online but the pizza was cold and hard. This location has lost my business for good!!

Wow! How is this location honestly still open the service is consistently TERRIBLE and has completely turned me away from ordering from Little Caesar’s in the future. Went to this location around 9 pm through the drive-through window only for them to say they are no longer taking orders except pick-up orders. Is this standard practice to refuse orders an hours before closing time? and if so how come online orders can still be made? So many questions and disappointment.

Better than some locations. I love that they are open a little later. But they definitely need to retrain some people on how to accurately take orders. I’ve had several pizzas messed up because they didn’t listen. I’m not mad about it but it is frustrating. They also never answer their phones (nothing new)

Called in my order JUST SO I DIDN’T HAVE TO WAIT with my kids in the car with me. They had it wrong and asked me to park and wait 8 more mins!! Girl working window didn’t even apologize. Always some unprofessional mess happening at this location. Ridiculous. Had plenty of time to write this while waiting for my food!

got here waited 30 minutes already just before arriving for here to wait another 50+ minutes. they said 5 and they literally did not follow up on that. I’ve worked a solo run on fast food for my old employer and i never had this bad of service. i feel let down as i love this brand for it’s very nice food for a pizza provider and i would not come back here as it’s slow stagnant and unreliable. avoid at all costs. i did get a refund and free pizza after. but a stuffed crust pepperoni and Bread sticks and a sauce should not take this long.
