I’ve had this location a handful of times over the years but a few months ago my boyfriend and I decided to have some pizza delivered and it was raw as many of the reviews are saying and when I spoke to someone on the phone they were going to have a manager call back and surprise nobody ever called me back LOL then tonight we placed an order for a stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and a 2 L of Pop surprisingly the pizza was not raw this time but they gave us a regular large pepperoni stuffed crust which I won’t complain too much about since that pizza cost more than I paid but every time I order from this location anymore it’s always messed up please get some employees who actually know what they’re doing I’m tempted to try again as pick up but my guts telling me it will be a waste of time yet again I mean at least the pizza taste good this time but I wouldn’t recommend. Also 90% of the time I call they never answer. I did try to call them back tonight right after getting the pizza but surprise..no answer

Was decently surprised at how good the pretzel pizza was. Definitely order online because I went on a Wednesday night and the store was packed. The line filled the whole lobby. But my order was ready when I got there and I just had to get it out of the warming lockers

I’m not one to complain online and I’m pretty fair with my reviews. However, I was not able to reach an employee via phone to let them know this. I had a very simple order (4 pepperoni pizzas and 1 deep dish pepperoni). What I got was very different. I got 4 cheese with 1 olive on each one and one burnt deep dish pepperoni. I tried to call as I said but I had no answer. This is at 7:45pm on a Friday. I know you’re busy so I can’t knock you for that. Who decided that putting the one olive on each pizza was a cool idea? Yep, neither do I. I would like someone to reach out to me as soon as possible so I can discuss this further.

This place is a dump. Will never order from them again. Ordered online and it took over an hour to get the food. Food was uncooked and soggy. Wings didn’t even come in a foil and was leaking onto everything. Also decided to give them another try and they had no hot and ready pizzas available and told me it would be a 20 minute wait. Everyone in there needs to get fired.

Placed my order upon arrival. While I waited for my food I witness alot of childish and immature behovior from the staff. Once my food was ready I failed to check my order before leaving. When i got home, the order was completely wrong. We order stuffed pretzle crust, but got plain pretzle crust. I would recommend checking your order before you leave if you order from this location.
