I ordered my pizza at 7:42 and it was ready by 7:50 p.m. so obviously it was not cooked like it was supposed to be and it was it looked like it was two days old and whenever I called the guy who answered the phone proceeded to say well I don’t know what happened how that could have been old. Obviously you took it out of the ready to go stuff that’s that you made hours ago for hot and ready and you put it in the pizza portal and said that you cooked it and you didn’t didn’t even try to offer me a refund and did not even offer me a new pizza I’m very displeased I’m very disappointed and I’m very unsatisfied

We picked up pizzas on one of the hottest days of this summer and those poor kids were busting their humps making food in a building that either had little or no AC. Food was good and the staff was easy going and fast despite the insane heat.

Yeah, don’t give your money to this place. Would give zero stars if possible. Pizza was delivered severely undercooked with no sauce nor cheese on it. Instead of offering to remedy the situation, they instead chose to argue with me over what qualifies as a cooked pizza. And that I was the one who asked for no cheese and sauce. Although my receipt doesn’t show that at all and I think I would remember this specific request. Horrible service. Highly unrecommended.

Went in to Rolla Little Caesars and asked for thin crust pizza and large cheese pizza meal deal. Was told that was NOT a thing and as I show the guy on the menu he STILL told me No that’s not right so I paid for my large cheese pizza bread sticks and 2 liter individually which was rounding up $7 more than what it would have been with the meal deal which you do have for $10.99. Then waited my 15 min. Came back inside to ask if my order was ready and as the same guy that took my order rolls his eyes and said let me check with a ride tone…. Even watched him touch open boxes waiting for pizza to be placed in them with his non-gloved hands on his way back to get my order after handling all the money and cash register.(gross) Then I get home (3 min drive) and the bread sticks when cold and hard and one of the pizzas was rubbery and cold. And I paid $30 bucks for that! SMH! Horrible! Also I tried to call there and relay this complaint but called for 30 min. And all 8 times no one answered. POOR SERVICE
