Little Caesars on Highway K has one of the most hardworking staff I’ve ever seen. Sometimes there is a wait, but the food is always delicious! The staff is very courteous and does a great job! I placed my order at 330pm. Got there at 615. Left at 705! The poor kid at the register was new. Absolutely trash it takes 10 minutes to cook your pizza. Somehow mine took 25.

People were nice, but they couldn’t keep up with any of the orders. I ordered online, then drove there to find out they hadn’t started it yet. Then 20 minutes later I asked how much more it was going to be delayed and they said 30-40 more minutes. Got a refund and made dinner at home. I miss the days when hot-n-ready really defined Little Caesars.

Little Caesars is usually pretty reliable. You know what you’re getting. It’s not gourmet. However, this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was dried out and too tough to eat. I would have returned it and complained, but I was on my way to meet people and didn’t have time. A lot of potential customers saw that pizza. Little Ceasars can, and should, do better!

Spent $50 on pizzas for my son’s birthday party. Arrive to store to pick up. Just to find a note on the door that they are “closed today, will be back tomorrow”. Absolute joke don’t even care about the money but 30 minutes before the party to find out that we arent gonna have food. Absolutely absurd.

The O’Fallon ocation is a joke an hour and a half wait for food and the personnel there needs his attitude adjusted bad… he’s damn lucky I didn’t chin check him. Worst place to get a slice. Don’t go here!

This is the worst facility ever. They are the slowest and never can get your order right ever. They purposely make you wait extra amount of time for one pizza if you complain. I would avoid this place like the black plague if possible.

I come here pretty often and I usually give them about 3 stars but tonight on 11/28/2022 about 530pm I would say they were doing amazing!! Had everything ready to go even orders in the lock box and pizzas HOT AND FRESH! I was very impressed. Definitely worth the $9 I spent. Since you guys raised the prices of the pizzas I feel it’s only fair to have them constantly hot n fresh. Good job to the manager that was on that shift for that night!!
