I ordered a cheese pizza because I don’t eat pork. The cheese was so thin that it was burnt on top, and there were empty spaces where it was just bread. It was disgusting. Which normally I don’t have this problem. I called asking to speak to a manager, and I can hear the employee that answered the phone mocking me. Why she thought that was ok to do tells me more about management. Then the manager kept stopping me when i was trying to explain the situation on the phone. Instead, he assumed I was lying or trying to take advantage for a free pizza. He said we get a lot of people doing that. Well, just because other people do it doesn’t mean we all do it. I took the pizza back yo the store and still no apologies, no kind words, nothing. At this point, I was pissed! The customer service was horrible, this was the worst experience I’ve had here and they have messed up before, but nothing like this to where i have to complain. They need new management.

I placed an online order 1 hour before pick up. Email stated would be ready at 4:45 pm. I arrived to workers yelling and sarcastic with one another and walking back and forth and them not acknowledging that I was there along with 3 other customers. I spoke loud and asked if my order was ready. The tall thin man answered in a sassy tone what’s your name. I told him and then he said I don’t know talk to a cook. Finally a woman named Sara came around and she asked nicely what’s your name and then informed me it’s not in the oven that it would be about 10 mins. I was irritated how ever ok cause I paid online so I’m stuck. I waited and when my food was done the tall thin man grabbed my food and I asked him to just hand it to me, he ignored me so I said loud can I have my pizza. He stated yeah after u punch in ur code (the wait oven) in a demeaning tone. So I said ya know you’re a d*ck. So then he said and you’re a Karen. I then said all you people need to treat customers better. 6 customers were standing there, everyone said yes, haha! Won’t ever go back. Recieved food 35mins after time that was supposed to be done.

Edit 6/20/21: we spoke with the store manager because our refund was never processed and he apologized for what happened on this day. They were able to remake our order and the food was great today . I give this place 4 stars as sometimes their crazy bread can be hit or miss .

Nothing about this place is hot and ready never have anything ready to go 10-15 min wait every time. Bugs everywhere inside and about as dirty as a trap house. Whoever runs or owns this get your stuff together. This is pitiful l, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Went in for a pizza at 20 mins to close only to be told I couldn’t get a pizza because they were done making pizza I didn’t realize that an establishment could just stop making orders whenever they felt like it, if I was the owner I’d fire those employees

One of the worst experiences I had going to Little Cesar’s. Online order given about 45 minutes time before pick up. The order was simple, two pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread. I waited in the store an additional 15 minutes after the 45 minutes I gave them to get the order done. The reason you put an order in online is so you don’t have to wait around in the store as they are literally making the food in front of you. That’s a minor gripe I realize.

Tried paying for a pizza and sauce that came to 7.91 with a prepaid Visa gift card that has 50 dollars on it. I swiped it twice they said it was declined to I paid cash. Come to find out it took 15.82 off my card swiping it twice and I paid cash. Still waiting to get reimbursed. Had to call their main office. Waited on hold for 30 minutes b4 I talked to someone. They said they would take care of it and I’m still waiting.

Pizza quality can greatly vary, but with Maria’s shut down, this is the best pizza deal in town besides Joe’s. Cannot beat the ease of ordering online/the app and picking up in the pizza portal. Ordering in person may be a bit slower as I typically see people sitting inside waiting when I go get my pizza.
