This location ( Kankakee) is under staffed and what employees they do have are lazy. I’ve noticed over the last year that there is never “hot & ready” pizza’s ready. Also the price went up from $5 to $8 (or something like that). If you plan on walking in, expect to wait 10 minutes. As far as taste, you get what you pay for.

Not hot and ready. Pizzas have been not cooked well. Not great customer service. Bad vibes in waiting area. They used to be great but I can’t even go there anymore without getting a garbage pizza. One time it was inedible and the employee got angry when bringing it back.

Boy this place nose dived over the last six months. Ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. It’s good pizza but man there is no point to ordering ahead of it isn’t going to be ready

Every single time my husband orders from here there’s something wrong with the pizza. How can they look at this and said it was ok to leave the restaurant? Come on man!

I realize the price is cheap in comparison. But out of 3 pizzas and 2 orders of bread, none of it was cooked all the way. Very disappointed!
