We walked in to order a pizza and he rudely said it’s only online orders. So we went online and placed an order for 3 pizzas and the estimated time was 20 minutes later. We came back 20 minutes later and when we tried to pay in store the man told us that next time we HAVE to pay online, because otherwise he won’t start an order unless we have paid. So, we had to wait 20 more minutes because he was barely going to start our order. He told us that many people don’t pick up their order and he throws away so many pizzas from people not picking them up. I wish this was specified on the website or something, so that people don’t expect their order to be done on time. What’s the point of him telling us to order online when we first walked in, if we still had to wait because we had to pay first??? The worst thing out of everything was his attitude and the way he blamed the customers for this issue.

Wow. What happened to this place? This place used to have customer service, people working at the counter. Now, it’s nothing. Also, I got pizza from here delivered to my house, which is another thing I used to do. The pizza was dry by the time it got here & had almost no sauce, the breadstick order was also dry and filled with air holes. Been going to this place since I was a kid. Ate one piece and ended up throwing it all away. Unfortunately that one piece was also enough to get me sick later that night. So, whatever you do, avoid this place at all cost & especially don’t do delivery. The driver failed to ring the doorbell or call me. I instead had to check by looking at my email to see if it arrived. Pathetic. Save yourself the trouble & buy real pizza from not a chain place. Their are plenty. Even Domino’s is preferable. This is a grave disappointment. Pass. Trust me, you will be glad you listened!

Ordered online. Showed up at the pickup time given. Arrived in a lobby full of people waiting and a few of them arguing with the manager over wait times. I didn’t say a word and patiently waited another 15-20 minutes. I then asked if my order would be ready soon. The manager rudely said “we have a lot of orders” and walked out. I asked him if he could please check. He said he needed his medicine and would be back. Completely understandable, until you realize his medicine is a smoke break. Order from another location and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this location and manager.

Nothing here is hot or ready, the older man told me I couldn’t order a meal deal in person, after I ordered he put out a paper sign that said online orders only. I would choose anything else in the area next time rather than eating here. The cheese bread was rubbery and the toppings on the pizza didn’t seem to be cooked.

Sure, it ain’t high quality pizza, but it tastes good, it’s fast, and it is cheap. Works for our family. Order with the app! I’m serious. It is so easy to place an order, pay, and pick it up from the heated vending machine when ready. I wish other restaurants would learn this technique from Little Caesars.

The staff truly do not care here. I witness the staff throw other peoples food in the holders to where the boxes look destroyed. The manager syed will not answer you when asking a question and ignore you. I understand that many places are under staffed and overwhelmed. How you handle the situation can impact the overall experience. If you are looking for a pizza place, I would consider a different place especially a different little ceasers.

Absolutely horrible wouldn’t even tell my 10 year old to try to order seems like the place is on fire and should just be shut down. Ordered a pizza took 2 hours to finally cancel the order tried calling the store nobody answers for over an hour, unbelievably horrible service

This is the closest Little Caesar’s to our home and we order from here every so often when we’re craving the Little Caesar’s taste. However, the company has gone down hill extremely. Very poor customer service and their hot and ready is more like hot not ready. Extremely dissatisfied and I hope they chain fixes this immediately!!

Online Orders only, they put hand written papers on the counter in the restaurant and when you try and make an online order, the system is down. Manager refused to take the order at the counter and said he had not help to make any orders and too busy to take an order. I recommend NOT to go here. Terrible service. No workers available.
