This location has slowly gotten worse. They are always under staffed and I feel bad for the workers. They are all always running around. Maybe if they had more staff to help especially during busy times it would help. I waited 40 minutes and they were only taking debit card payments. They didn’t have anymore change for cash.

i ordered takeout from here and i had a delivery driver who was just amazing. the customer service Luis delivered might have been the greatest customer service ive ever received. he greeted me was very nice and was a very cool person. that guy needs a raise.

Food is great, no complaints there. Staff is nice enough. Only issue with this location, or most Little Ceasar locations, on Friday’s in the afternoon or sometimes on weekends they are so busy that your order takes longer to come out than expected. Even when you order in the app.

This is by far the slowest pizza place I’ve ever been to. I door dash here and every single order has been a minimum 10 mins late. Had one almost 30 mins late. Service is horrible there’s always so many people inside waiting that you can’t get help. Pizza is ok but not worth the frustration to get it.

Food is great. The service is iffy because they have attitudes sometime when coming in. They also have their doors still locked after 11 when they open at 11. It was 1115 and the doors were still locked and people were waiting outside.

This is the worst experience ever!!! I ordered a deep dish with jalapeños over phone, I get there to pick it up and they sold me a round pizza but charged me for deep dish. I tell them that I ordered a deep dish and they had to make it because they messed up. I wait another 15 mins and they gave me a pepperoni and sausage no jalapeños. Then look at me like I’m supposed to take it and i informed them that i am allergic to pepperoni and that is NOT what i ordered. They said they had to make a new pizza. I spend my entire lunch time waiting for a fken pizza and all this could have been avoided if they made it right the first time. There was nothing done in their part to compensate my wasted time. Who is the manager her it’s like no one care and there is no structure here. As I waited for 50 mins 3 ordered that were picked up were wrong. The person making the orders must not be mentally prepared to do this job!!!!

NEVER EAT HERE.. Ordered here once in an attempt to get a quick dinner, they took forever for 2 items. The crust could chip a tooth it was so hard. And I specifically asked for the wings to be WELL DONE, before I realized they were unfinished it was too late. My fiancé and I had food poisoning for a week. I’m also found out they cook their wings on the same dish they cook pizza and rarely do they clean the dish. AN EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THIS!
