This one of the worse locations. They open late almost daily. Always short staffed. Cashiers are overwhelmed and have a lack of motivation. Placing orders online are terrible. You usually have to wait 45 min to an hour. This use to be one of the best locations. Now it’s trash. It’s never an apologies , just look at you and say nothing. Lobby filled with angry customers.

My husband and I came to this location in the pizza was horrible I have had. We order lunch special and they didn’t have any sodas at all . Did not ask if they can accommodate us charge us the full price and we received an half of order. The workers don’t care customer service is bad. I will not be eating from here again.

I placed a online order my husband went and picked up the order and dropped it off to my kids when I was ready to serve my kids the pizza it’s not fully cooked the cheese from the middle its still shredded and cold I can’t take it back cause I told have a car I had to pop it in the oven and finished it cooking. What’s going on with some of the little Caesar store that becoming so lazy

I ordered a pizza online, and get there when the app said it was ready. The cashier was rude and said it will be 15 minutes longer that they didn’t even start the order. When I got my pizza it was old and hard and not even what I ordered. They need to hire more people and nicer people that can deal with the public. Absolute horrible experience from start to finish. I’ll never go there again.

I went to this place Sunday, two girls cashiers that were working there were extremely racial towards me, I’m Mexican and one of them tried telling me something but since she was talking with an attitude the whole time I couldn’t understand what she was saying so her and the other cashier started laughing like crazy, this is unacceptable. People like that shouldn’t be working on customer service.

I usually only have an issue with the wait time but this time I came to pick my food up they told me someone already picked up it how is that even possible? Then they rain out of boxes so they couldn’t make my order. Worse service ever and they didn’t have any 2 liters which I already paid for via the app.

The pizza is what it is….I was in and out so the service was great! The atmosphere was a bit hostile because there were a lot of upset customers waiting on orders…. Typical for Little Caesars
