I went to this location to order some pizza for my kids. I told him I wanted two pepperoni and one cheese pizza. He told me the price was 32.96. I then asked for a receipt while he grabbed three pizzas I looked at the receipt and it said 2 pepperoni and two cheese. The manager tried to swindle me out of the price of a large pizza. Once I told him about it he yelled at me and told me it was my fault that he asked me twice what I wanted and I told him twice the same thing. When I told him that he could just refund me the amount for one pizza to my card he then told me that he would refund the whole order and 7-10 business day I would get my 32$ back and that I would have to pay again for three pizzas . So I paid today 57.68 for three “hot and ready” pizzas, that are actually room temp and stale. I also asked him for his name and if he could sign my receipt saying he refunded me but he said he wouldn’t do that. What ever happened to the customers are always correct? Since when did managers start to be able to talk to customers however they want and I better except it or I won’t eat? I am appalled the way this manager tried to take my money and then when he was caught tried to tell me it was my fault. I am very upset and the store in Dekalb is much better in my opinion I would not be going to this store. If I could I would give this store zero stars but because I can’t I gave it one star. The manager name is David or atleast that’s what he said because it was on the receipts.

Worst pizza experience ever. Tried to call the phone number shown online over and over. No answer. Then tried to place an online order with two different perfectly fine credit cards. Said cards were no good, and to call the store. So, I drove over there and asked why they didn’t ever answer the phone? He said “We don’t have a phone”. How on earth can a company this size give phone numbers that do not exist? Shall not ever visit this or any other location.

I go to Little Caesars expecting it to be cheap and not that good, but this location fails to reach low expectations. Expensive and poor quality with poor service to match. It’s hard to mess up one of the world’s easiest restaurants but whoever owns this one did

I was given the incorrect pizza, when I went back and politely asked for it to be remade. Both employees argued with me. I had to ask multiple times for them to just please remake the pizza and they continue to argue with me the entire time.

A classic pizza with a sauce cup cost over $10…..so either someone charged me incorrectly or their prices have doubled in the last month I was there. I wouldnt be as bothered if the pizza was anywhere half decent. The dough tastes sour like it’s been out way too long and there is so little sauce it might as well not be there. I get that its little caesars and nothing fancy but this is just pathetic. Waste of time and money.

On 02/04/21 I had called to place a specialty order and the Male owner was rude, obnoxious and refused to take my order over the phone, as I always have for many many years. I had asked why and he hung up on me. This wasn’t the first time of him being rude and who hangs up on their customers ? I will never do business with them ever again and I will pass this on to as many friends and family as I can. The wife of the owner is super nice and has always been a pleasure. If that was my partner I would be absolutely embarrassed and humiliated.
