Walked in, there was no food. Not a good look for a hot and ready restaurant. I asked how long the wait was going to be and the guy simply said “no”. Very poor customer service. Walked out and ordered online. Pizza said it was ready in the portal. When I went to pick it up, it was not in the portal. I asked the guy where it was, he went to the back and yelled “FU$K”. He gave me an order, it was very cold. I walked out, got home, and noticed it was the wrong order. Very bad experience. I ended up waiting over 1.5 hours for 1 pizza!!! It was a Tuesday night, not busy, no excuses for this terrible experience. Will be sharing this and will not be going back!!!

This is the second time we’ve picked up a Detroit Style pizza for dinner only to find it so undercooked that the dough is still completely raw on the top. It can be remedied by a second round in our oven, but incredibly annoying that this seems to be an ongoing issue. Our “Hot n Ready” pizza was honestly undercooked as well, but at least not raw & inedible.

Door Dashed the order ended up getting wrong pizza!! Called to correct order was treated with most disrespect wouldn’t replace the mistake, ask to speak to a manger told he was a manager refused to give a name and corporate number and hung up the phone like a child!!!!!

Friendly workers and well prepped pizza. So we first came here 4 years ago and noticed the pizza was cooked better than other LC stores. There are at least 3 other LC stores near my area, but we were not satisfied with the way the pizzas were prepped and/or poor customer service. So it’s about a 30 minute drive from home, but totally worth it. When we do visit this store it’s usually noon/early afternoon and the staff is awesome. We will continue to return to this particular store as long as the service and food continue to be great.!
