I could write PARAGRAPHS about my horrible experience today, but I will keep it short and simple. The picture on this review is from what is supposed to be two Pretzel Pizzas. When I came back from home to let the lady know about how my pizzas looked, she was trying to tell me that “that’s how they will look sometimes.” I am surprised this place is still open.

Bought 2 pizzas and a pack of bread sticks one pizza was burnt and I tried to call the store and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and when I arrived at the store while still on hold I had to wait in line for another 10 minutes to show them the pizza and the exchanged the pizza and put the burnt pizza in the warmer

I ordered 2 $5 meal deals for me and another person through the Little Caesar’s app for delivery. The driver did a wonderful job. However, we opened our boxes to find the pizza looked a little off. I bit in to a piece of my pizza to find the pizza was raw, despite the crust having color. I called the number on the sticker attached to the box and I will be getting a refund. I tried to call the store to inform them they need to watch whoever is cooking the pizzas because this big of a mess up will end up with someone getting sick. No customer service from Little Caesar’s and raw food is enough to warn people to stay away from this location for the meantime.

The dough in the pizza was literally raw. As in, still pizza dough and not bread. Second time in three months that’s happened… I’ve only been there twice, so two for two. Never going back.

I have ordered from this location a few times and received burnt pizzas. My kids like it though, when it’s not burnt so I ordered again. The one I ordered today was unbelievable. I could not believe the person who sliced it and boxed it felt it was ok to deliver to a paying customer. I realize the pizza from little Caesar’s is not that expensive but someone would have to pay me to eat this!
