Wasn’t a personal experience but a family member went for pizza. The crust was so uneven and extremely greasy as you can see if the pictures…and sliced unevenly. It’s as though the process was rushed because it was an hr before closing time. Makes you want to check your food before you leave the restaurant. Try!

This location is disgusting. The people are unfriendly, make your pizza without gloves, talk to each other while making the dough which means they are spitting on it. Who the heck is the owner of this location??? Should be ashamed of yourself. Time to report it to the bbb…

The girl that was working on 8/17 @ 630pm should get an award. Her customer service skills were top notch! No matter how busy it got or how many times she had to run from the cash register to the back, she never once seemed frazzled or out of sorts. At one point a taller girl came up front to try and help her I think but that girl who was up there for one minute seemed out of sorts kind of so the other girl came back, with a pizza in hand, cool as a cucumber. This place was great!

If you want this store to steal your money, go ahead and order here. I placed an online order and when I drove to pick it up, the open sign was on, all the doors were locked and lights are off.

Order a pizza via the app today (middle of the day). Went to pick it up and the door is locked…lights are on and pizzas in the warmers. No one visible. Waited 15 minutes with no luck. In the meantime other people are showing up to pick up pizzas and are also astonished at the locked door. Call the number to this location and get an ordering answering service in India. I then tell the situation and tell them I need to be transferred to this store, which they say they will do. Music on hold for another 15 minutes with no answer. Wish I could give this location and company zero stars. Go here at your own risk.

Hopefully it’s just this location but I placed my order around 5:30pm said it would be ready between 6:15-6:20pm. When I pulled up there were about 5+ people already waiting inside. I waited in my car keeping an eye on the pizza portal station (no orders appeared to be ready). I waited additional time past my projected pick up time and after giving them 25 extra minutes I decided to head in and inquire about my order. Since I had selected to pay in store I told the employee that if my order hadn’t been started they could just cancel it. I was told it was started and that I could pay for it-which was another ordeal/lack of basic math skills. I asked about how long would it be, the employee didn’t know and said they were waiting on the pretzel pizza and crazy bread…that was my entire order. I would have just canceled it. I waited an additional 10 minutes. The quality was disappointingly poor (pizza was flat, barely had sauce and crazy bread was undercooked) I won’t be returning to this location again. I understand being short staffed, but if that’s the case, alter, limit or halt online ordering if you cannot meet those kinds of needs.

After realizing a little mix up (mainly my own fault) upon arriving to pick up an order, the employee who rang me up went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and satisfied. I’m leaving a 5 star review strictly from my encounter with Jadal. Cheers!

If I could put zero or a negative rating I would. Ordered a couple pizza online. Paid with a credit card, no problem. Got to the store and door is locked. After knocking some girl comes to the door and says we’re closed and my ordered is canceled and they’ll refund my money in 3 to 5 business days. If that isn’t stealing I dont know what stealing is. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIFS.

I ordered online, Friday at 5:45 pm. I received a confirmation email. It said it would be ready between 6:37-6:45. I arrived at 6:35, no one was there. It was dark, no one inside. I thought maybe I had the wrong location; maybe they moved. Nope, it was correct. The sign said “open”, they clearly were not. As I was there, 2 more people showed up who also ordered online. What is this? Are they out of business? Closed for the night due to staffing issues? Who knows! No sign to explain it. I am shocked that people are allowed to place orders for a location that is closed. I am also glad I was planning to pay cash and didn’t pay online.

The worst place I ever ordered from. I used their app. It was a bit late but they did take the order. Then they cancelled it because they closed the store. They still charged my card and after 2 months and numerous calls I still don’t have my own money. There is a word for that. Thieves.
