I recently moved to Mandan and this store was close to where I lived so I went in for an application, they ended up hiring me right on the spot (should’ve been my red flag). I worked there for 3 days because BOTH MANAGERS were RUDE. They 100% verbally abuse and under pay their staff, I for real was only allowed 1 TEN MINUTE break everyday AND I HAD TO CLOCK OUT ON MY BREAK mind you I would work from 9am-5pm. It doesn’t surprise me if the pizza wasn’t made correctly when you order from this specific location because it felt like I was working in Sweat shop there because of Swata (Russian accent manager). Im sure I wasn’t the only one that felt like that working there considering they are DESPERATE for people to work at this location. Swata was also EXTREMELY RUDE to a man with down syndrome when he came in asking for a job application. Corporate needs to FIRE this woman!!!!

Do not let your children work here! Swat( Russian lady) is very rude, slaps staffs hands, tells them they are worthless and swears at them. Corporate needs to get this lady out of management. They are always short and can’t keep any staff. Do better Little Caesars and get this lady out of management.

Terrible service. The lady who helped was very rude. Instead of what can I get for you it was what do you want. Tried giving me an old pizza that the cheese was chunky and separating on and part of it not even melted. When I asked for another was told fine but they are all 4 minutes old which they obviously werent. She needs to learn some customer service . Very disappointed

Worst experience of my life!! The manager Suada is a demon! She verbally abuses the customers, the staff, she is a hellion!!!! Never shopping there again!

Not happy… I ordered pizza today cause my kids had a late appointment and I wouldn’t have time to cook… I spent 25.95 and the pizzas were burnt… the cheese pizza didn’t even look like a cheese pizza it was browned and blistered… My 7 year old wouldn’t eat it and my 13 year old ate it cause he knows I don’t like throwing away food…

Stopped in at Mandans’ lil ceasars, pizza was awesome , but the service could be better, they had cars lined up outside and taking orders to the wrong cars. I finally went inside the store to get my order..we were waiting for about 25 mins.
