OK, so I went there tonight expecting to pick up a pizza that my wife had called in. It turns out that she called it into a different location. Anyway, the guy at the counter was so friendly and understanding. He gave me my pizza, called the other location that had actually prepared our pizza and then refused to accept a tip. So i’m not usually this kind of person, but today was awful when i went into this pizza place. they had the music so loud the cashier couldn’t even hear us, and they missed a pizza we ordered so we had to reorder and pay again. they were eating food in the back while people were there, and that’s not at all okay, kinda gross to be honest! also there was a kid brushing his hair in the back like come on now, wait til you get home no one wants hair in their food! i’m disappointed in this place, and really hope they are able to fix the staff and management, so no one has to go through what i did today.

Tried to call to order the pizza ahead of time to pick up when I got there. No one answered. And when I got there some associates were doing there job others were just standing around talking to each other. On top of that ordered a pretzel pizza and get back to work. After waiting 15 mins with 3 kids in the store for the pizza I ordered, I realized I put my order in at the wrong Minnesota ave store the manager and general manager not only got me in an order asap, they called the other store to refund me since I was going to be paying twice. I think the boys behind the register had a good laugh and I did too they were all great! ❤️

Shout out to the new Little Caesars! We stopped in after grocery shopping, in and out with fresh hot n ready pizzas. The staff was kind, though they were busy, short staffed, and had a manager walk. Kudos to tonight’s crew definitely will return.

Consistently messed up pizzas. Undercooked or overcooked. Only about 2 times have we had what a LC pizza is supposed to be like. Had to return to the store multiple times once because the first pizza was undercooked, then we were given a dry/stale pizza. Crazy bread is typically undercooked and completely sogged up with butter, or crunchy with hardly any parmesan. Just skip it and get pizza elsewhere.

This was absurd. Told me it was gonna be ready in 10 minutes but waited 40 minutes for 1 pizza and breadsticks. Staff worked on slow motion, buddy had 15 pizzas stacked behind him. never going back. i was late to christmas party.
