Ordered through drive thru and was told to pull up front. We waited over 30 mins and still nothing. I can see employee sitting inside talking to each other and just seems like they all want to be lazy. We talked to other guy who waited longer than us and stated they forgot his order. Went back to drive thru and the guy couldn’t figure out what we ordered and showed our receipt. I get the world is short staffed but comeon. You had 3 people just sitting around.

Was asked to park out front and was told that they would bring my order out. I waited 40 minutes and saw 5 cars that came after me get their orders before me. I had ordered just one pizza and one Italian cheese bread and the others had multiple. Went inside to explain my order and how long I was waiting and was once again told that they would bring my order out. I understand rush hours happen, but this was a little ridiculous.

Two years ago: This is a great place for quick and good pizza. Their thin crust pepperoni or their deep dish pepperoni are the only things I order, other than Code Red, and they are both excellent. The staff are all friendly and even if you order a pizza that is not pre-made, it only takes 10-15 minutes for them to make it from scratch. I used to call ahead, but have started to use the portal and it has always worked great. It is one of the few apps that I have installed on my phone. Thanks for the great product.
