I used the drive thru menu and saw in two locations the deep dish pepperoni was $8. Then I was charged $9.50 for it. After waiting 25 mins for my pizza I circled back to look at the signage to confirm it was indeed advertised at $8. And it was. So I went inside, asked the manager why I was over charged and only wanted it at the advertised price. Instead of refunding me the $1.50 he gave me a full refund and took the pizza back. Talk about terrible customer experience.

Been a fan of little Caesar’s since my kiddo was very young and we would pick up a hot and ready and go straight to the park after daycare. Rochester location is good. They are slower and I hate watching my pizza die on the counter with out heat lamp or anything but at $6 a pizza I’ll keep coming back

Pizza and wings were good, however we never received our pop and 2 ranch dressings which we were charged for. We called the store and it went straight to a recording saying voicemail hasn’t been set up yet. I then called the customer service number for Little C’s and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. The store ended up closing at 8pm.

It was easy to order our pizzas in advance via telephone, the location and parking were good, COVID-19 precautions were in place, the pizza was ready when promised, the worker was helpful and courteous, and the pizza was up to the usual great Little Caesars standards! I’m so glad they had their Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza back on the menu! Yummy!

Rochester location…. intercom was broke and said to order at the window. Pulled up and the ladies back was to me. After waiting 5 min I honked my horn, she didn’t turn around… honked again and again. Drove away with her back still toward me….. never ordered pizza. Went to Toppers and had a great experience there.

I only live a few blocks away so i walked for a pick up and it was ready when I got there. Staff was very friendly and i was even offered a free sausage pizza! Exceptional customer service and I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Employees purposefully ignore customers. They are losing customers, and they don’t care. I waited in a drive through for 15 minutes. Hot N Ready is just a flat out lie. A sign said the intercom is broken, so pull up to the window. There was only one car ahead of me pulled forward seemingly without getting any food. I sat and waited patiently by the window, never honking or doing anything rule like knocking on the window. If Little Caesar employees cared about customer service, a little “we’ll be right with you sir” would have gone a long way. I had my little kids in the car who started getting hungry and fussy. The employees seemed to purposefully ignore customers. The car behind me drove off too. After another 10 minutes, I came to the conclusion these guys really don’t care about customers at all, and I drove off. I’ll never go here again.

Rochester Little Caesar’s doesn’t even deserve the one star that I gave them. My boyfriend and I were craving pizza on Saturday night and decided to come here. It was 6pm and they were still open. We pulled up to the menu board which states to pull ahead and order at the window so we did. We could see an employee inside chilling and waited at the window. We sat there and waited patiently for twenty-five minutes, giving the employee grace because we figured they were behind. There was another truck that had pulled in behind us and I was getting pretty annoyed that we hadn’t been helped yet. I got out of the truck and walked over to the door which was locked and had a note saying that the lobby was closed. I pounded on the door and the employee unlocked and opened it. I asked what the deal was, were they not open and he responded with “online orders only” then shut the door and locked it. How difficult is it to write a sign that says “online order only” or open the window and tell us. He knew that we had been waiting at the window but didn’t take the effort to let us know. Will not be returning. This place either needs to step it up or shut down completely. So disappointing.
