I went in and ordered two fresh pizzas and a fresh order of crazy bread. While the crazy bread was fresh and one pizza looked good, I was given a pizza that had been sitting way too long to be served. Not happy at all! I will go to a different location as to this is how it has been every time I seem to go.

Great lil shop that always has pizza ready to go when you order it and tastes great. Always get an cheese bread and eat half on the car ride home. Love this place as a quick family pizza to go!

Time is currently 4:50 pm on December 16th 2022. I ordered at 3:30 to pick up at 4:15…. They are more than 30 minutes late and can’t give me an estimated time to receive my order. If you order in store you will get it faster than online. Do not order online. This is not the first time this has happened. They won’t get me a third time.

Ordered online 2 times in the past month. Both times I showed up 5-10 minutes after the order completion time only to wait 30-45 minutes for my food. Lobby was full of people waiting. Customers were complaining of their wait times. Manager was complaining about numerous things such as a customer ordering too many pizzas, staff standing around, pizza having too many toppings. She even said several times she will be sending staff home since they are not competent. Manager was wearing slippers while another staff member had only 1 shoe on and a just a sock on the other foot. While waiting for my order I heard a staff member tell customers ordering that their food would be ready in 6 minutes but they were waiting at least 15-20 minutes. I also witnessed staff eating food at the food preparation area. Really a terribly managed store. Never had these issues at the Robert street store and I will drive the extra miles to go there from now on as the Inver Grove location is down right a miserable experience.
