I will NEVER come to this location again. They have ZERO customer service skills. My order had 4 minutes when they finally greeted me. I waited 20 minutes before I asked about it again. And the order was on the counter for at least 10 minutes. This is my 3rd horrible experience. There will not be a 4th. I’ll give Dominoes my business. Too busy talking to each other rather than acknowledging their customers. Now we have cold pizza. Zero stars recommended here but I had to give one.

Look as far as pizza goes, Little Caesars isn’t the absolute best in the world but… I would argue for the price they hands down the best pizza for the value. With so many other quick pizza shops raising their rates to rival a sit in pizzeria, Little Caesars has stayed true to value which is why I will pick them when I want a quick carryout pizza.

The manager and another employee lied about the $7.99 two topping deal. They said at first that you could order in store and get the $7.99 but then after we payed and noticed the price was wrong they denied having done any wrong and wouldn’t give an immediate refund when we didn’t won’t the pizza anymore. And they hadn’t started to make them yet so I don’t see why they wouldn’t give the refund when they were 100 percent at fault.they were also very rude about the whole thing.

If I could have I would have given this place even lower than a 1. I was told my order would be 10 to 15 minutes it took 25 minutes to make two pizzas. I got the pizzas took them home and open them and they were burnt. Like you have one job make pizza it’s not complicated how in the hell do you burn it. No I did not bring it back I was not driving back to wait another 25 minutes to hopefully get a pizza that’s done right like you had to seen it while putting it in a box why would you put in a burnt pizza.

Waited almost 40 minutes for a carry out pizza one pizza maker and two guys jaw Jack and at the oven. And then on top of it I get my extra cheese pizza with the cheese browned. Less than ideal should have stuck with my normal Little Caesars off of main Street and Little chute. Won’t make that same mistake again

After driving back for the sauce we paid for, we watched them take it out of the cooler. I was dipping my cheese bread in icy marinara. No joke. The sausage pizza was also only fully cooked on one side. I don’t expect much from cheap pizza places, but holy cripes.

Ordered pizza asked if could get the 799 special was told I could. I paid got pizza one was wrong and realized not the special manager said couldn’t get the special even though was told I could 3rd time we had problems with this store this was the easiest to get resolved other then may take 24 hrs for refund to go through.
