For being a corporate store, workers aren’t very attentive to detail or orders. My family and I ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza, nothing fancy. Instead, we received a pepperoni pizza with pretzel salt. The crust was not done correctly. It’s clear the water mix for the pretzel crust was not changed out. Who wants an extra salty regular pizza?

Tried to put in an online order at an hour before close on 6-15. Couldn’t place it within that timeframe so I called this location, no answer. Whatever, so I drove across town to just order in person. Got there with a half hour to close and was told you can’t order the pretzel dough pizza at the counter, it has to be online. If one of the two guys hanging out could have answered the phone it would have saved me the trip. I’ve never been to a takeout restaurant where you couldn’t order a menu item in person. I’m assuming the reason is the prep time? The guy at the counter couldn’t really explain why either. So I guess if you want that you’ll need to order it online two hours or more before close? Looked on the website and there’s no note about having to order online either. Looked like a clean, newer location tho.

Everytime I order from here something dumb is wrong with my pizza either it’s drenched in grease like a bucket on top of it or like and unreasonable amount of pepperoni and when I call in they tell me basically to screw myself

Ask for well done. This is not well done, not even close. Also this location needs to train or retrain the employee that answers the phone. It shouldn’t seem like it’s a hassle that I’m making you do your job. And when the order is complete you should say thank you not just hang up. Even though my order was partially correct I’m done trying to get my whole order correct. So no more spending money with this company. That’s what happens when businesses hire the cheapest employees possible and they don’t care what goes out the door. I guess I’ll have to spend a couple bucks more now and get my cheap pies from Dominos.

Pizza is always dried out and just once can they fully cut it so when you try to pick up one piece you don’t get three of them.been here four times and they never have hot and ready I always have to wait 15 minutes smh
