Will never go to again! Ordered online at 6pm for a pick up at 7:15pm. Arrived at 7:10pm and the food was just being put into the oven. At 7:35pm my pizzas we’re done but I was still waiting on crazy bread. Around 7:25pm a customer came in a asked how long the wait was for an order. I overheard the girl upfront state is was only going to be a 10min wait if she put in an order. I did let the customer know that it would be longer then a 10min wait and informed her how long I had been waiting, she decided to leave. The girl upfront herd me say this and saw the girl leave. The girl then went into the back and I could hear her tell the man in back that I was telling customers to leave. He then starting yelling in the back and then came out to yell at me about telling customers to leave. I informed I did not tell her to leave just that it was going to be longer then 10min. After that he did apologize for the long wait but I could tell was pissed and wanted me out of there. I could still hear him talking about me in the back. By this point we had been waiting for 40min since we got there. After that we told them to cancel our order and wanted a refund. we will be disputing the charges cause At the time did not want to deal with trying to get a refund from them.

Placed an order for one pepperoni pizza and three order’s of crazy bread for 7:15. To start, the girl at the front won’t even look at customers when they speak to her then just walks away without saying a word of what is going on. Customers that would ask about their order, she would again just walk away and come out randomly with food like it was either done and had been sitting a while, or it was someone else’s and she just wanted to get them out of her hair. The people working in the back were screwing around/barely moving. The girl with purple in her hair was just laughing and goofing off in back while there’s been about 10 people waiting in the lobby for 20-40 minutes. My wife came into wait since she had been in the car waiting for over 25 minutes while I went to the car to sit with our kids. It’s been over a half hour at this point when she texts me saying the manager (who was nowhere to be found while I was waiting) yelled at her. Another person came in asking how long the wait would be. My wife was more honest with the customer than the staff was because when they said 10 minutes we had already been waiting for over a half an hour when apparently our pizza WAS done after all but still no crazy bread. After she told her that that girl “working” the front went and tattled to the manager saying that she was telling people to leave. Clearly less than honest here as well. This causing the manager to come up and berate my wife in front of people to the point where she was too scared to tell me what happened when I came back in. So still receiving no food at this point I told her to cancel the order and I expect a refund and that he had no right to talk to her that way. Another customer even agreed verbally out loud and said I don’t blame you. Not only will we never come here again, but if ever recognize any of those employees working at even my favorite place in the world to eat, I will turn around before I even sit down. FYI, this is my first time ever going out of my way to post a negative review

As a family we order from here frequently. But on this occasion it was bad for us and the other 9 people that were in there. Our pizza was suppose to be ready between 7:49 – 7:56pm. Got there waited 5 minutes before anyone came from the back. Just to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before going back In and still had to wait another 25 minutes. It’s never taken over an hour for 3 pizzas and 2 crazy bread. Anyone of our pizzas wasn’t even cut.

Called to order and they told us to call back in 5 mins cause they were busy then we call again and they tell us we have to come to the store to place a order so we go there and we place our order then they don’t take our 50 dollar bill so we gotta go get change for a 50 then come back to pay while waiting there was girls in the back swearing and sitting on the counters where our pizzas go. Absolutely disgusting! Horrible customer service and horrible employees!

I ordered online and walked in to a young lady with her mouth swearing …i asked about my ordered and she said i dont know where that is…after walking away from me she had her belly hanging out. Around food…..then I showed my website receipt she found my order and got to my car and half of it wasn’t even there……never again

Waited an additional 30 minutes beyond my scheduled pickup time and then my pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. I also ordered an old world fancy pepperoni that claims to come with 100 slices of pepperoni and there was less then half of that on it.
