Was not notified my order was ready, but after 10 minutes of the “we’re packaging it up for you” notification, I tried to go in and see if it was ready. Door was locked. “Open” sign in the window was unlit. Went back to my vehicle, and tried again after I saw another customer successfully get their order.

3 weeks ago at about 7:30pm I was told I couldn’t place an order after waiting in line for 10 minutes. All I wanted was 1 large pizza, their reason I couldn’t place order was store was too busy. I’ve worked in restaurants that have dine in and take out service at the same time and make about 3 or 4000 in one hour and we keep pushing to get food out and continue sitting new guest. A week later I decided to give store another try but this time I placed order online thinking I’d have a better experience. I did not, my girlfriend waited an additional 30 minutes for 1 large pizza and an order of bread sticks. Also staff’s very unprofessional.

***WARNING*** Stay away from this little Caesars. I ordered my food on the app, and it took over 1 hour for the app to say my food was ready. But when I got there it wasn’t ready and I was waiting over 2 hours. The employees were waring flip-flops, and the kitchen looked very dirty. They gave me attitude when I was asking for my food and when I wanted a refund they didn’t give it to me. I called customer service and had no help there. I lost my money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order 7/2/23 order 3 pizzas and wings and it took these ppl an hour to give me my order. They made me a cheese pizza that I didn’t order. I order 2 pepperoni & 1 sausage! Get the order correct I’m standing right in front of you telling you my order!! Then they kept ignoring me when I asked for refund. The manager guy had a rude attitude. I asked how much longer after waiting an hour the manager says to me, “ I don’t know I didn’t take your order” can’t believe someone has the title Manger and talks like that then a walks away! Y’all won’t be getting anymore of my money I’ll tell you that now!! Get a new manager and employees.

The service was terrible. We ordered two pizzas, a 2 liter, and an order of crazy bread which is not a big order whatsoever. First of all, they didn’t have crazy bread which is no biggie but!!! The wait was 25 minutes. The man who took our order interrupted and rolled his eyes at us. Meanwhile there was a woman in the back who was facetiming on the job. So we wait, we come back for the pizza and see some customers walk out with crazy bread. So i went back inside to get them and he was like “we still don’t have it”. Its serving ✨lies✨.
