Haven’t been to little Caesars in awhile, usually just get crazy bread, but wanted to try the pepperoni specialty and was very glad I did! I used the app and it was ready for me when I arrived, used handy little code and was in and out in less than 30 seconds! Pizza was excellent, reminded me of bit of an older pizza hut pizza. Crust was a tad crunchy, and chewy and pepperoni is always best a but charred. Also,PLENTY of cheese and is even better next day in the air fryer. Didn’t have to talk to anyone for customer service, but the young lady with some killer eyeliner behind the counter was handling 3 people at a time basically and very impressive!

The food is good and pretty quickly prepared. The atmosphere is not the best as they seem to forget there is no wall and the customers cab see and hear all they are doing while making the pizzas. The conversations were not appropriate for the workplace by any means. The customer engagement as we stand there and wait for our pizzas is zero. They talk amongst themselves and even “shut shamed” one of the female employees as the guys stood there and watched her stand on a chair to stock the top shelf of the pop cooler rather then help her. I am sure she heard the comments as I know the 4 other people waiting on pizza did.
