This location has been so unorganized over the last year their portal never seems to work the workers are moving very slow letting the pizzas back up in the oven the pizzas are always overproofed on top of it I placed an order at 5:43 online for a cheese pizza I went to pick it up waited in line never got helped so I walked up to the counter and asked what the status of my order was this was 622 p.m. at this point the lady stated she has no clue and it might be another 10 minutes and if she had to guess it was in the oven she didn’t bother to even go over to the oven to even look or ask anybody I became a little frustrated and then asked for a refund due to the fact that I have now been waiting at this point for over 40 minutes. I ended up leaving the facility with no food for my kids.. no sorry and ended up asking for a refund..thanks for wasting my time.

It was so much easier when I could put my order in the app, get my 3 digit number, and go to the portal. Apparently, the pick-up portal doesn’t work anymore? I’m not sure, but it is much faster if I don’t have to wait for an associates attention to pick up my order.

The restaurant was dirty, trash on the floor in front and who knows what exactly it was on the floor visible from the counter. I ordered my pizza, was told it’d be 15 minutes. It turned out to be closer to 35 because they had to remake it because they gave MY order to someone else who was upset with them. We got home and proceeded to eat(or at least we tried), the pizza was doughy in the middle,burned on the crust and it definitely wasn’t wearing All the fixings I had ordered. My Crazy bread was just plain MOSTLY cooked dough, with NOT A DROP OF PARMESAN CHEESE on them. Very disappointed. The entire Crew looked absolutely lost running around here and there and not getting anything done.

I am indifferent about this location. It’s pretty typical for a chain pizza shop so I should have expected it, our order was wrong and then was wrong a second time after we went back to exchange our incorrect item. Nothing crazy to note and eventually they got the order right. They are very quick here which is a bonus.

My to go place, but it’s going down hill since. No one answer the phone, close when ever they want. The last pizza look like someone cannot make pizza dough. Need to train the staff better.
