Absolute joke! I grabbed pizza on the way home and thought it tasted funny…come to find out there was no sauce on it!!! I called and explained it and asked to speak to the “manager” He was EXTREMELY rude. Told me if I come back up with the pizzas, mind you it is 20 min each way, he would remake my order. I said I would but I wanted to be reimbursed. He offered me a free two liter of pop to drive 40! When he told me to stop talking after I asked for a name and number of someone higher than him that is when I had enough and realized I would get farther talking to a wall! I was calm and professional, unlike said “manager.” It’s sad and pathetic and another perfect example of why, unfortunately, businesses are closing. Anyone want pizza with no sauce? I have some!

If you are looking for cheap pizza this is the place. While that can be important, unfortunately there are also some problems. Not the cleanest, the music is unpleasant and the people seem really stressed. People seemed unhappy. It was sort of sad. The exception was our server. He was pretty upbeat.

I ordered food to pick up on our way home from Michigan adventures, my food got done a lil early and we were running behind. I called little Caesars just to let them know I was running a little behind and would be about 10 or so mins late so they didn’t think I was not coming. I spoke w a young lady on the phone (forgive me for forgetting your name) she was very polite and understanding and even though I hadn’t asked offered to remake my order so we could enjoy it fresh. Her customer service was on par in every single way!!!! I was greeted w smiles and conversation, the food was hot and delicious. Overall it was a great experience for my first time being at this location. The staff who were working June 19th around 6 pm deserve some recognition

We went yesterday and like all the other reviews said we waited along time. Over 30 mins. The meat pizza was ok. The breadsticks were crunchy. I played the drums on my dash with them. I don’t know what happened to this restaurant but it used to be so good. I miss pizza pizza!

Nothing but teenagers working, our app said our pizzas were ready but we still waited at the window for 5 minutes. Mike Illitch is turning in his grave knowing his family has raised the prices and got rid of the $5 hot and ready. Mr. Illitch had that price for people that normally couldn’t afford a good pizza.

I have been going to Little Cesar’s for years. This place is loosing customers because of their poor performance. What does Hot and Ready mean? The last 4 times I have gone only pepperoni ( although many options are on their menu board ). Yesterday all they had ready was breadsticks. Really? I have worked in the food industry and this is not acceptable to not have the product ready. No more Cesar’s for us.

Literally never had hot n ready. I realize this is a little Caesars problem not a specific location problem but maybe some of these complaints can get passed to corporate and so on. Set a limit of how many hot n readies can be purchased at a time or something. There has got to be a way to make your slogans actually mean something. OR you need to get rid of the hot n ready offer altogether. If you have never have any….you shouldn’t really be advertising it now should you?

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst little Caesars I have ever been too. We ordered our pizza and breadsticks on the app and was told it would be a 20-minute wait. We pulled up to the drive-thru after that time and was told our order was going to be right out. We waited another ten minutes until she came back to the window and told us we had to wait a little bit longer for the pizza to come out of the oven. She told us to pull around and she would bring our order out to us. We waited another 15 minutes in the parking lot until I got impatient and went inside. I waited in a long line for another 10 mins, just to watch them pull my order out of the warmer. I wish I would have checked the order before I left because these are the breadsticks they served us. They look like they’ve been rescued from the trash. Absolutely unsat. The owner should clean house and hire new staff. WE WILL NEVER PATRON THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

This Little Caesar’s Pizza location was really busy for almost being 10:00 PM at night. They staff looked like they were getting pretty tired. They were out of black olives and offered to double everything else on the pizza. The store looks like the front had been recently remodeled. They have a drive through also. They do not have a public restroom just so you know. They had chairs stacked for dining in, but no tables visible. The kitchen area looked like it could use a good cleaning.
