I’ve never seen humans move so slowly or counterproductive in my life. Just ordered cheesy bread, first they gave me just bread sticks. Then everyone stood around waiting to get the order refunded and ring in the proper item. Stood around for about 15 minutes for this one thing and when it finally comes out it’s severely over cooked.

This is the 4 or 5th time in a row I have been into this store between the hours of 5 and 8pm. For a company that bases its whole corporate model after “hot and ready” the are falling miserably short of hitting that goal. If you want hot and “ready” I would recommend another eatery. Every time I come here nothing is ready (outside of crazy bread), no pizzas of any sort and always told it is a 10 minute wait. So I recommend you pre-order if you want pizza from this location, because even though it is plastered everywhere inside your chance of “ready” must mean once you order the employees will get “ready” to make it…

Terrible sums it up. The prices are high now and the food is gross. LC used to be good. The crazy bread was the best. Now the prices are high and quality is down. Mostly because the food isn’t prepared or cooked properly. Ive tried it a few times recently and the pizza isn’t cooked properly- I ended up throwing it away and cooking something at home. What a waste of money. See the pics I posted- this is how it came right out of the store. Seriously? What a joke. Save your money and go to Jets.

They only care about online orders never go in person. They told me 5-10 minutes for one single cheese pizza I waited over half an hour and had to leave because I had class. The whole time they had atleast 15 online orders come through and get the items they wanted. They even kept restocking the pepperoni pizza and bread but wouldn’t make a cheese pizza. They had 4 people waiting in there just for cheese with in person. Absolutely the worst ran store.
