Place can’t even stay open till 9 or 10 anymore when I see people walking in and out all day. If they were open till 10-11 on weekdays they would make a lot more money but they just change their open hours to less and less after Covid. Sad that they are that lazy.

Went to pick up the pizza. There has been several people in and out of the store and I was told because I didn’t have any change that she was not going to empty her drawer trying to make change because I didn’t spend $25 or more will excuse me that my bank account and credit card were hacked this morning and this is all I had so instead of politely, asking me to go and get change somewhere I was told And less I went and got change they couldn’t help me. That’s the rudest and poorest customer service I’ve had in a long time I will not be back to this location someone needs to teach her some manners.

This Little Caesars just seems to get worse all the time. We ordered tonight and instead of an ultimate supreme pizza we were given a pepperoni pizza. Called the restaurant and was told by the manager that we had to bring the entire order back so they could see that we were given the wrong pizza. Sure…we’ll drive 15 minutes one way (30 minutes total for this trip plus 30 minutes for the original pick up), then we’re going to wait for them to make new pizza? The manager at first refused to do anything to “make it right” unless we brought it back. Explained that we paid for a more expensive pizza, which we did not get and then are expected to make a second trip back, not going to happen. After some arguing she finally agreed that we could receive a free supreme the next time we came in. A couple weeks earlier daughter ordered a cheese pizza and got home to find it was a pepperoni. She is vegetarian so ended up not eating it. She had stopped in a couple days before to get a Hot and Ready, shortly after 6:00 pm. They said they didn’t have any made so she asked if they would make more. They said, no because they would be closing soon. This restaurant needs a lesson in customer service!

Been standing in this store for a half hour for one hot & ready pizza. 5 people working. Store full of other customers to the point we’re all standing shoulder to shoulder. ONE person has gotten food in 20 minutes.

We always loved the hot and ready options when we needed something quick and easy to feed the kids when running from practices and games. Now for some reason they have changed to only having pepperoni pizza for the hot and ready. No other options unless you want to order and wait. Other then that always friendly and clean.

We ordered online and picked up pizza on the way home. Cheese breadsticks, 2 large pizzas ( supreme and 3 meat) and reg. Breadsticks. You get a code to use when your pizza is ready, go into the shop, punch your number into the pizza portal and grab and go! No lines or waiting for a pizza to get done!

When I ordered my total came to $6.00 more then the Muskegon location that I usually go to. After checkout she said it was going to be 10 minutes untill my food was done, no biggy as I generally have to wait 10 to 12 mins at other locations but when I went back inside after 12 minutes and stood to the right side of the ordering line and had to wait for everyone to be done ordering before the girl working said what was the name for ur order. By this time it had been 25 minutes and the one girl working I believe to be the manager wasn’t doing anything that I saw and the guy cooking was casually making boxes while pizzas cooked. This was the worst little Ceasars I’ve ever been to. At other locations when you have already ordered and u walk back in they get ur food in a timely manner especially when there’s 3 people working and one just doing nothing.

Incredibly loud and inappropriate music coming from the kitchen. Loud enough that myself and the other customer in the store could not carry on a conversation without yelling. It didn’t bother me as much as it seemed to bother the other patron.
