Watched two guys walk out without pizza because they had been waiting without anyone coming up to the counter. I was there for an order pick-up, and the food was what’s to be expected from LC’s. But man, I waited a good five minutes before someone finally came up to just look at me and wait for me to talk. Just terrible service overall, unfortunately.

When the order is correct the food is fine but in the last month i’ve gotten LC twice as a reward for my co workers and both times the order has been wrong. Unless you plan on waiting extra time for anything beyond a hot and ready and check each piece before you leave I’d recommend not ordering from Little C until something changes.

I just stopped in to get a quick pizza. The cashier (a very polite individual might I add) was having a hard time with the register. I could tell he started to get slightly frustrated, so he went and got help from what I assume was a manager. This is where everything went all bad. This “manager” should not be in any kind of customer service setting. She was extremely rude to the cashier. He was asking a simple question. She seemed extremely bothered and agitated to take less than 15 seconds and help this gentleman. She looked out of uniform with her blue hair being a mess. She had no kind of hairnet or hair tie even. Honestly she looked like she woke up and went to work with 0 time for preparing for work. She seemed to have some kind of attitude toward just this man. The way she handled her self was not only unprofessional but uncalled for. I understand people have bad days. However when in customer service you have to push past that and do your job to the best of your ability. She definitely was not. To the district manager/ regional manager / direct supervisor of this person… you need to help/ coach her into the management position if that is indeed her position. She was rude, offensive, and down right a bit so nice person to even watch talk to someone. Get this man who was legitimately trying his hardest to do a exceptional job, some decent direction in this store.

Placed an order 1.5 hours ahead of time. Arrived at pickup time, was told my pizza is just now being made. Waited 20 more minutes, was told again that my pizza is just now being made. I don’t know how you forget my order 3 times but I will stick to hot and ready from now on when it comes to LC.

Hot and ready my eye. It may be hot if you want to wait 20 minutes or so while they make it. I don’t go there often but the last two times I have they haven’t had pizza ready. They said I could get crazy bread now but would have to wait 20 minutes or so if I wanted a pretzel crust. I thought the “hot and ready” was their hook.

I beg you to shut this one down. Not only do you have very pore management you have poor staff because taught wrong. I ordered a deep dish pizza and got a pepperoni not only was it the wrong one you a bigger guy and a younger girl refuse to give me my money back or a new pizza that ordered they tried making me pay full price for a new one but after arguing for over a half hour they somehow managed to give me my correct pizza. You never have any staff the doors are always closed and you wait in a drive threw when they ignore you have the time. Please shut this sorry business in town down.
