They run a tight ship and make a great pizza. 10/10 would recommend. most pizza places won’t listen when I ask for light cheese and well done, however little Caesar’s caters to my needs everytime. The employees are always pleasant and well mannered as well.

Hot and maybe ready in 45 minutes if the stars align. Can’t tell you the number of times I’ve ordered a hot and ready, paid, and told to park since it will be 20 minutes. Come inside after 20 minutes and they haven’t started the order. They say another 20 minutes. So I go wait in the car, come back in 20 minutes, and they don’t know there’s an order. So I produce the receipt and they start making the order. ALWAYS get a receipt unless you like paying multiple times. The girl that works the window has no idea the difference in any of their products. Like seriously, if I wanted to wait this long for subpar pizza, I’d go to Kroger and pick up a cheapo from the frozen section and go home and cook it myself.

Absolutely terrible / trashy location. For starters the lobby is dirty and you can see osha/ building code violations just from sitting in the lobby. I placed an order at 6:17 and was told it would be ready at 7:03. At 7:03 I was told it would be another 10 minutes. While i waited i saw people who placed their orders after me (actually showed me the email to verify) get their pizzas before me. 30 minutes later they finally handed me something they claimed was a pretzel crust pizza, but it was really just a regular pizza with salt around the crust. As soon as I drew attention to this the incredibly trashy manager on duty immediately gave me attitude, and even though I had wasted an hour and a half waiting for this pizza, I just went ahead and got a refund and walked out. Thought about calling the manager to have him make it right but there’s absolutely no way I’m stepping foot back into this location ever again

This place is a joke I don’t blame the poor kid running the front because she was in way over her head. But everything else was ridiculous. I ordered 1 cheese pizza and 2 crazy breads and finally, after over an hour, and having to go to the counter to cancel my order was handed a mediocre pizza and 2 very cold undercooked crazy breads. Worst service I’ve had in years

I received the Most EXCELLENT order I have ever gotten from this restaurant!! The order literally looked like the picture on the Menu! It was the perfect temperature and the taste was Amazing! Kudos to the team on 8/16 lunch shift!!!

I get a notification that my pizza is done but couldn’t put it in the portal, I have to see the cashier. Go to cashier, he tried to charge me even though I already pd online. Proof from my receipt and bank account. Then told it’s not ready even though notification said it was. They figured out they had thrown away my order instead of the correct one (yes I was there on time). Had to remake my order. Ok fine I was frustrated but didn’t get upset at the cashier and was very patient. Finally received my pizza. Get home and only a quarter of my pizza had toppings on it, the rest just cheese. I paid for 2 toppings I expect the toppings to be on the whole pizza. Was not going to complain until I seen my pizza’s lack of toppings. I will note that the cashier did apologize for our order being thrown away and the wait.
