This little Cesar has to be the worst one and after their fire it’s when tremendously down hill. Ordered a few times since their fire, just for a easy dinner and each time it’s over cooked and not what I ordered.. tonight I waited so long for my pizza way passed the time they told me.. and the teenagers worker were all just chatting and not working and my pizza was overdone and I didn’t order onions on this pizza. In my opinion.. over cooked and hard.

I usually don’t have this terrible of an experience here but today really solidified that I will not be back. I ordered online and while waiting in the lobby, with my nonverbal son, the girls in the kitchen were loudly making fun of the deaf and mute community, Helen Keller in particular. After waiting 10 minutes longer than my expected wait, the girl at the oven called that it was ready, and not one of the other 6 employees bothered coming to the counter to bring it to the front. It sat there for over 5 minutes before I was able to get someone’s attention to retrieve it. When I mentioned the inappropriate comments being made while there is a person with a disability in the lobby she replied “were just having fun”. Having fun at others expense while not doing your job, sounds like a place I will no longer support.

straight garbage. Food sucks which is expected, but then they forget everything. Sent someone to pick up food, no sauces i ordered got put in bag. and when you try calling and seeing what they can do for you they say, next time you come in we can give you free sauces. Oh great, you mean i can get the sauces i paid for finally? wont order again, go to milanos on pierson.

I can honestly say I have never had worse pizza! And the customer service was just a fraction better (they did answer the phone!) But they actually said “I can remake your pizza, but we’re really busy right now” and waited for a response from me! We figured we give them a chance after the new ovens that took months to install… don’t bother! Waste of time and money! Hate to see a business fail, but this one can go!

Doesn’t matter what time it is, they never have anything “hot & ready”. Sit in the lobby for 15-20 minutes every trip. Place used to be solid, embarrassing these days.
