I’ve been going to this place for 5 years because they used to be courteous and never messed up my order. The first time I had an issue in 2022, I left it alone because I thought ‘hey, these guys have always been good and maybe this is just a one-time thing’ even though they skimped on the pepperoni and a couple of slices didn’t have any. Today, I placed two orders. One was for a classic pepperoni (aka Hot n Ready) and the other was for a stuffed crust pepperoni with crazy bread. When I came home, I ended up with two classic pepperoni pizzas instead. When I called them to correct the order, the lady said “in order for us to correct your order, you’d need to bring the incorrect pizza in” and “or if not, I can give you a free crazy bread.” 1. There was no way a “free” crazy bread replacement makes up for an $11.00 pizza. 2. You are forcing me to drive back to the store for your mistake and refused to give me a credit/refund. 3. You won’t even let me keep the incorrect order that you will be throwing out anyway. There is no way I will ever be returning to this place.

Sitting and waiting…for the hundredth time! This location NEVER has anything “Hot and Ready”, even during their advertised 4-8 time frame. If you’re thinking of grabbing something quick on your way home for your family, don’t stop here, you’ll be waiting 20 minutes minimum for a pizza.

We wanted to use a coupon, and we were informed very rudely by the young female cashier and young female manager that we were not able to when we were asking, and we were told condensingly, and they just stared at us like we were crazy for questioning. We still ordered, and upon ordering the items. The female cashier and female manager were very rude and had a didn’t want to help attitude. Then upon asking to speak to the manager and ask for their name, the young female manager did not want to give their name And just proceeded to be more condescending along with the young female cashier and make rude statements to my father and me very loud in front of the store as well.

Placed order for 4 pizzas at 1:30pm to be picked up at 4:45pm to serve at bingo at 5:00pm. I went to pick up order and was told by the counter girl “No such order was placed” . I gave her the name of the person who took the order and was told no one by that name worked there and I must have called the wrong Store. The number my Wife called and the time it was placed is still on her phone’s call history and it is absolutely the correct number for the Fenton store. THE STORE IS FINE AND THE PIZZA IS GREAT, BUT I DIDN’T APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO ABOUT WHO WORKS THERE AND BEING TOLD WE CALLED THE WRONG STORE. We have pre-ordered pizzas many times before with no problems.

When I ordered a extra extra pepperoni and cheese regular crust that’s what I would get. Today Oct 15 I ordered the same thing. I got a 3 inch wide crust with a little bit of pepperoni and cheese in the middle of the pizza. If this is your way of cutting back and charging $1.41 extra now. You lost a customer. I’m tired of the price gouging paying more and getting less. That goes for any store in Fenton. Buy less and only what you absolutely need that’s the only way to stop this. We don’t have inflation we have price gouging.
