New female manager is soooo much better than the last guy who was a total jerk. Had he still been there and rude again, I wouldn’t have returned in the future. Glad you got that woman who is very kind and patient and reasonable! The previous manager didn’t have crazy sauce for my bread orders and wouldn’t substitute the cheese dip for free and wouldn’t make more crazy sauce or package any of the already made for my order. This time the lady had everything ready and was very kind.

Terrible location. They don’t open till 2-3pm some days, other days they close at 6pm. Ordered a regular crust pizza and got paper thin crust that was soggy and greasy. Staff there appears greatly over worked and are severely understaffed. It’s literally the only LC in the area with staffing issues like this. I’ve made my last stop into this location and will happily go elsewhere from now on. Tired of my time being wasted.

Tried to order a pizza and the hours online say it’s open til 10pm and it’s 6:49pm 6/17/2023 and the employee I spoke with said they are closing at 7pm. When asked if we could still order even though they had 10 mins, we were told no.

This is usually one of the better locations, but tonight’s pizza was not fresh at all! Counter guy assured my wife it was, but when we got it home (5 minutes away) it was cold and hard. So disappointing!

Don’t come here this place will just be closed because workers just don’t want to work I mean I just came over here and it’s 743 they said they’re closed but can’t even say why and they don’t close until 9 o’clock. This is like the third time this year that this is happened, don’t come here waste of time.

Ordered 2 Detroit style pizza’s , waited in the building, while sitting I viewed many people not employed there walking in and out of the kitchen area just to talk to friends and several employees just reporting to work none of them washed there hands or put on gloves before touching food. Some of the employee’s clothing was very dirty and unprofessional. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. The floor looked like it had not been swept in weeks, the windows and window ledge very dirty. The counter ,cooler, pickup area, holding ovens totally unexpected with grease finger prints etc. . I have been a customer of this location many times in the past and never seen this place like this before, with the 5 or 6 employees in there doing absolutely nothing but talking they could of cleaned the place a little! The pizza also had no flavor what so ever due to lack of any pizza sauce , will not be going back!!!!
