We usually go there 1 or 2 times a year. The staff is nice there, the atmosphere is amazing. I love the smell of the pizza and breadsticks when you walk inside the store. But when you taste the pizza, I am not a huge fan of the sweet sauce they put on the pizza. I do like your pepperoni pizza, I share the pizza with my parents, I usually take off the cheese when I get home, and it tastes good. But still, I am not a big fan of the sweet pizza sauce they put on the pizza. I will go to this location and the other locations in Michigan someday.

Normally we don’t have any issues with this location but today was horrible. There was almost an hour wait. Okay no big deal, they had some big orders for like 30 pizza’s. Unfortunately upon getting my order it was almost inedible. Ordered pretzel crust pizza, my favorite, and it was so salty I could barely eat it. The salt belongs on the outer crust ring but this pizza had salt EVERYWHERE.

Order a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread online via app. Pizza was absolutely disgusting. No cheese in the center of the pie, and it was burnt. Same with the crazy bread. The bread was burnt, no fake butter on it or parm. This whole lunch was terrible. Will not be coming back. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time. Should have checked the pizza before I left. We ended up throwing everything away. This location absolutely sucks!

Warning they reheat and sell old pizzas! Bought two pizzas from here and the cheese pizza u can tell it was old hard and dry Im a vegetarian I don’t eat pepperoni. I was very disappointed. I called and was told I had to bring the pizza back surely I’m not keeping a pizza for a week just to return and after this I know I won’t be going back especially to return a pizza. These pics are proof enough maybe they don’t care about or dislike vegetarians

Used the pizza portal tonight. It is easy to use and quick. I wanted a cheese pizza along with the regular pepperoni and the app made it easy enough to order, pay and pick up. I was waiting at Meijer so the pizza was ready a few minutes after I got there. Absolutely delicious. Lots of cheese and a thick fluffy crust. This location has been on point lately with their pizza. Sometimes the crust is a little thinner and harder at other locations. Every time I’ve came lately to this location it has been thick and fluffy. Has a little oil in the crust to give me that pan pizza taste.

Been getting pizza here everytime but never again. Ordered a cheese pizza for my kid, saw the tall girl went to the back and just took out toppings(pepperoni and meat) out a pre-made pizza without gloves. *this was prior to her cleaning*. Ask the other guy to just cancel it and have my money refunded. Would have ended up eating that pizza if i didnt saw it.

Their website says they close at 9pm along with the sign on their front door. I pull in at 8:40pm walk in (nobody greets me) some guy from the back who im assuming is the manager says “we are done serving pizza for the night”, i asked if theyre closed and he just gave me a blank look because obviously he knew it was only 8:40 and they close at 9pm, then responded “we are not making anymore pizza for the night” . I thought he was kidding at first but apparently this job was too overwhelming for him and his staff. I used to work at little caesars when i was 16 and we were open until 10pm, if a customer walked in at 9:59 and wanted 3 pizzas, we were going to make the 3 pizzas for the customer since they were in the store before the time of closing. This is a prime example of super poor management and im sure the owner would love to know his employees simply turned away money by closing their store 20 minutes earlier than theyre supposed to. I Took my business 2 miles down the road to the store at 21 and romeo plank and got 4 hot and readys without any issues or questions. Id find some new employees if i were the owner of this store at 21 and hayes.

This place makes the best pizza. I tried other stores and this one is tops. I always order from them even thought I moved 8 miles away. They put the items all around the pizza, unlike other stores that don’t care and just throw everything in the middle.

Ordered a large lunch for a local company (Cass Collision) that treated me like family. This place is always quick, friendly and the food is very good. My Dash driver was also wonderful. This location is great.
