I came to this Little Caesars on Coolidge and I-696 because the Berkley location 1 mile up the street keeps a 30-45 min wait just to order via drive thru because the inside is closed. That is not the case at this location.

It really angers me when you receive food, that is not accurate. The Crazy bread was saturated in butter and overly baked. Also the Hot and Ready was burnt and greasy. Why did they sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over the pizza? This was not by my request? Please do better!

We ordered thru the app, pizza was in dissoray couldn’t eat half the pizzas either under cooked or not cut, some even looks like a blind person made em, don’t ever go to this location save your money, not happy $60+ and to top it off no answer when we tried to call.

So I just went in to order an extra most best with butter and Parm. Initially I was told about 15 mins. I figured “for a fresh pizza, not bad” so I waited. I go back in about 20 mins later only to be told “I’m sorry we’re just now putting it in the oven, another 10 mins” now if this place was crazy busy, I’d understand. But it wasn’t. It was maybe 2-3 customers that had been helped. But that was a little annoying.

Customer service today sucks bad… they need to hire people that take their job serious… I was hung on after I completed my order by a young lady that obviously take her job as a joke. When I called back, she knew it was me, and picked up the phone laughing instead of answering the phone by saying the companies name. I preceded to say hello, and she says yeah!!! Absolutely the worst experience ever… I will never support this location again.

I ordered from this location for the first time and it was a horrible experience. First of all, I must say the only good thing was, the young man who assisted me to my car with my order was very professional and I appreciate him. Secondly, the temperature of the food was great. Now, besides that the pizzas were hard and dry, no sauce on them and to make matters worse, I called to let them know and the manager acted like it was my fault. He specifically told me I shouldn’t have called the day after and that nothing was wrong with my order. It was impossible for me to deal with that the same day. I was at work, it was my birthday and I had literally no time. I didn’t call to get more pizza, neither was I expecting to get my money back. I just wanted to let them know that they need to fix their problems with the pizza as they were the worst. However, the manager said they were done to perfection. If he calls that perfection, they need to get a new manager or close the store.

Manager yelling telling employee any order other than hot and ready would not be ready for an hour. Called in advance several times and was hung up on. Price online was different 1 hot and ready and crazy bread was 12 bucks . Never again will I patronize them.
