Ordered a deep dish around 6pm in the drive thru and received two old lunch combos with new cheese in between each slice. This is terrible service as I was perfectly fine with waiting the 10 minutes they said it’d take to make it. You can see the dough is dark brown so that tells you that it’s old dough as well. I basically paid $10 for two $4 lunch combos 4 hours after the lunch special ended.. My piece of advice to any customer is double check your deep dish pizza order before you leave because this was terrible.

Pulled up one night because I seen they had a drive thru, ordered 5 hot and ready pizza’s. They wait was incredibly long over 25 minutes, but the pizza’s were Hot and Ready when I got them, and cooked perfectly. Will try again when and if in the neighborhood.

Went and ordered a flatbread or thin crust pizza whatever they are called. None the less, they were very friendly! Unfortunately they forgot to put my order in while I waited the 10 minutes…. NOT ONLY DID I GET A FREE TWO LITER BUT I ALSO GOT MY ORDER BROUGHT OUT TO MY VEHICLE IN THE POURING RAIN, unexpected I was going to go get it I was already happy with the smiles and kindness they already showed because I had nothing to drink little did they know lol. Pizza and water sucks, but thanks to them I had pizza and pop! And was served in the rain! Thank you! 10/10

Worst little ceasars in downriver!!! They are never open for one. Not only that but the bread is always dry and pizzas get cheated on the cheese. Just horrible will never stop there again! Jets is always better anyway.

The fact that this location makes you wait a good 5-10minutes before taking your order because they have no yet taken care of the people in front of you. Then tell you there is going to be a 15 minute wait time after you put your order in, is ridiculous. This has been a constant occurrence. I’m not sure what’s up with this location, it isn’t right. Get it together..

Manager was very nice and accommodating to replace my order, no complaints about that, but the employees on the other hand are rude as f. Called to get my replacement because the pizza they made me the day before had the wrong toppings in addition to them being dropped in the center with 6/8 pieces not having any on them at all as if they added the toppings blindfolded, and the girl on the phone had an attitude about remaking it. She rudely hung up after snobbishly telling me “I guess I’ll have to check and make sure, you’re gonna have to wait though, pull to the second window, *click*”. Guess it’s my fault that my order was screwed up the day before. Lol. Lose the attitude. You work in customer service. Smh

We had an online order, it was done when we got there, so that was great.. what wasn’t great was that they had no paper plates, and no cups.. (we had 3 liter bottles) and we were heading to the park, so we really needed those.
