This little Caesars in Dearborn, Michigan (on Schaefer Road) is the worst little Caesars I’ve ever been in. When trying to use the Little Caesars app to place an order, the user get a message back saying “this location is not excepting orders over the app.” This requires an in person visit to the store. Just thought the order can be placed then you’ve got to go out to the parking lot and kill time until everything is ready. However, with this recent visit, I was told by the personnel inside that any orders I placed would be one hour to 90 minutes for the wait. I asked them, “Why so long?” The person replied back, “ It is what it is….” With that indifferent response, I turned around and left.

Just stopped in to order a “most bestest” pizza at the Pinckney Mi location. Asked for lite sauce… the girl at the register wanted to charge me an extra 2.00 because I ordered lite sauce…. Not extra sauce but LESS sauce. I asked to speek to the manager thats when she told me SHE (Martha) was the manager. Maybe she was, maybe she wasn’t, I dont really know seeing as she wasn’t wearing any kind of a pin badge stating she was a manager. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do. Umm, yes there is, walk back and tell your pizza maker to make it with lite sauce and stop trying to charge me extra for less. But instead she chooses to lose a customer.

Picked up a hot a ready it was absolutely horrible weird bulky hard crust hardly any cheese thin with no dough ate it anyway because I was starving.. will never order it again. I would advise to stay away. What a shame… ☹️

When we have ordered food from this location, it has been great every time, and the store employees are always great! However – unfortunately, in the last 6 months or so, the owner/operator seems to close this location and change hours at random. We typically order about once a month, and as of late most of the time once we get to the store – their hours have changed, or they are closed randomly for business, or the lights are just all off. This hasn’t happened near closing – this has been between 5pm – 7pm. I’m not sure what the problem(s) is/are – but it would be very nice if hours of operation were a bit more predictable. We enjoy the food, but I just never know if or when this location will be open, unfortunately. 🙁

Didn’t greet me when I walked in. Then when someone finally said something they only gave me part of my order and I had to ask multiple times for the rest of it. Didn’t realize the sauces were missing. Had to go back in and they made it a big deal while they had a line. Why? Just give me the sauce. It’s not like I was asking for my whole meal replaced. Not friendly either. Well, one of them was, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Normally this place has been good but for the past 6-7 months it hasn’t been. The service has been down right terrible. Today I went in there and ordered the crazy bread, they don’t brother to ask for a name and tell me It would be ready in 5 minutes. At this point of waiting I’ve waited 20 mins and still nothing. In the meantime of waiting 2 other customers come in and order their orders and they as well order bread. The bread then is passed off to them. I then ask the worker who took my order how long it would be until my order would be ready because I had been waiting 20 minutes, she then gets an attitude with me then tells me that it would be five more minutes. I explain to her that I’ve seen them give other people bread ahead of me and she rolled her eyes. I didn’t get her name but she was down right rude. After at least 30 minutes I finally got the TWO bags of bread I ordered. The place wasn’t busy at all, it was slow so there was no need for my food to take this long. If I could give this place a zero I would. When I got my food it was cold and wasn’t warm because they left it sitting on the shelf instead of putting it into the warmer fridge. My experience here was terrible and are planning on not going back anytime soon, they need to fix this and get better employees.

Little Caesars has stepped up their game over the past number of years. The food is always fast and hot. Service is always speedy and even more so now with the Pizza Portal. I put the order in and go pick it up. You really can’t get easier than that.

Went in to get online order, was told they were out of the garlic dipping sauce, was alright substituted jalapeño instead. Then they forgot the pizza sauce I paid extra for. Went back in like a minute after walking out, only to be given a hard time about it, heard them say from the back “they’re trying to say they didnt get their bread” like no, just the pizza sauce and they’re acting like I’m being difficult. Haven’t been here in years from the awful service and tonight proved why, also a big line in the store, they were arguing with another customer about their order. What a mess they have going on, might as well close up shop.
