Placed order on app at 5:15 for a 6:30 pickup. Arrived at 6:30 and there was 6 people waiting already. I was told 10-15 minutes for my order. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got my order. I understand staffing issues and that is why I placed my order an hour ahead. Very disappointed.

tried to call, nobody picked up. When the kid who was working up front finally appeared after social hour he was rude as hell. Literally one of the worst establishments ever! They will not take a pickup order for anything other than bread or round pizza after 8:30PM! I ordered today and went to pick up the order that was $22.00 and attempted to pay and was turned away because they said they don’t take $100 bills! This is after they told me it was a 40-60 minute wait because they were so busy! They can now keep the food that I ordered since my $100 was “too big to break and they don’t have $78 in change”!! Save your time & money and choose another location!

The most unreliable food establishment you’ll ever see. Go in after work to pick up a Hot and Ready, never have them. First thing out of her mouth is “it’s a 30 minute wait for anything.” I leave empty handed from this place most of the time because let’s face it, Hot and Ready is the only game at little Caesars. You’d never order and wait because it’s just not very good pizza.

Showed up tonight with about 25 minutes left prior to close. Asked for a deep dish pep, was told they only were doing round. I know a pizza takes 7-10 min to make, and I know they were not out of deep dish crust. Was obvious the manager just wanted to leave at 8:01. Poor customer service. Avoid if it’s anywhere near closing time.
