Bunch of teenagers only care about themselves and their phones. make you wait long time before even saying hello or anything. Act like your not standing there, and they outsource their calls to a different countrie.. so when you call to order they keep asking you what you want on your pizza when your just trying to order the extra most bestest. Like it’s just extra pepperoni and cheese. Plus they stop making any other type of pizzas besides just their pepperoni pizza after 7pm. So when you call and talk to someone that barely speaks English to place the order from a foreign country they have no idea that you can’t even order what you just ordered b’cause its stores not serving anymore past 7. Very bad way to do business. Don’t go here if you want good customer service.

For this place just being a chain pizza company, I really do love it. Mostly because of the staff! They are all super nice and they always seem to be having fun which makes me happy to see in a workplace. I especially enjoy the girl who has blond hair with dark roots. She is always super helpful and super nice. 10/10 recommend.

This Little Caesar’s location is terrible..They have a bunch of 15 year olds running this location with rude customer service. It is very unorganized. I waited 25 min past the time that my order was supposed to be ready.

The food and service was great. I didn’t have any complaints but I did get to witness an absolutely ridiculous one. This guy was not understanding of how extremely busy it was all at once and had to wait a couple extra minutes. He demanding ALL of his money back while still receiving 2 fresh hot pizzas. Jaiden handled the issue so professional. The manger came right up and refunded the ignorant man his entire bill. Even after him yelling at the whole staff from the lobby. As I watched him gracefully enter his 2019 Mustang I sat there flabbergasted this man had the audacity to complain to get his whoping 14 dollars back. I love this place!

We went there tonight – the busiest pizza night of the year – the day before Thanksgiving. The young lady at the counter was absolutely nice and efficient. There were a lot of people there! She handled everything perfect. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our hot and ready – but that was expected. Give that girl a raise – excellent customer service. She had a smile and wished every person a Happy Thanksgiving. Pizza was fresh and good.

First of all I called to place order for pickup wanted to about any specials on pizza the rude girl answering the phone said there were no pizza specials but when I arrived the lighted menu board showed 9.99 large special?? Thanks..ordered a large deep dish well done with light sauce double cheese,pepperoni,and green pepper. Got home to a under cooked raw looking dough..tons of sauce..thanks guys!! Get it together
