Toady was the worst experience I’ve had at this particular location. Put in my order just before 7 pm. The app said ready by 745. Arrived at 715 to a full lobby. Waited until 745 to ask for my order. Was told by the person behind the counter, “to be honest the manager planned on closing early and they’d just refund the orders” and he apologized. It would’ve been better if they’d told me when I arrived they weren’t even going to make my order. A lot of truly dissatisfied customers tonight.

I ordered through DoorDash and called the store to ask for a side of ranch because the app wouldn’t let me and the employee was so rude. He acted completely annoyed with such a request. Is this how they train employees at this location? Not only that, but when I received my order they barely put any toppings on my pizza. Maybe because he was mad? Never ordering to this spot again.

The person at the counter seemed a bit pushy with telling a story to all of the customers to support an agenda based in past trauma. This made the wait for food (nothing was “Hot and Ready”) tense. I felt like I just wanted to get out of there. It was only when I got home that I discovered that the order was wrong, too.

45 minutes to have a carry out order on a Sunday afternoon is completely unacceptable. The week before no thank you or have a good day after paying for my order. The people here are clueless and very inefficient.

This place used to be decent but today we received a wrong pizza AGAIN for at least the 4th time this year. The first time we called and they told us there was nothing that they could do about it and that their system wouldn’t even allow for them to replace it with a free, correct pizza. They informed us that we should call customer support for a refund. The second time this happened, we just let it slide and didn’t even bother to contact anyone but when it happened a third time, we called customer support and again received a refund. I just hung up with customer support who has issued a ticket as well as a refund. After 4 times in about as many months, I’m done with this place. I have no idea why it would be so difficult to get a round pizza with NO sauce but with extra cheese but apparently that is a big challenge at this location.

Asked for extra butter and parm on breadsticks and they charged me for it and they didn’t put extra parm and butter on it thanks guys. Now I can see y no one showed up to work last week and they manager had to tell us they were unable to open
