Would give extra stars for service if possible! Always friendly staff and quick to order up, but with a recent leg break myself, the thought of juggling the box out the door on crutches was a daunting thought. Staff inside asked if they could assist in carrying the order out.

This pizza made us sick. The dough was undercooked and the people working here are foul. If you want pizza, find somewhere better to go. They were rude and they were taunting us. They did not care at all. And just to clarify – they threw the pizza, not us. I’m sure whoever responds to these reviews will say something smart, but seriously, find somewhere else for pizza.

We began going there for the proximity and ease of access but hooked up quickly with the quality and richness of flavor. Order from home and pick up at the store using an automated code that allows pick up without manual help. Delivery to a home is only available through 3rd parties and costs little extra.

Normally a 4/5 rating but this day we called in an order for a large hot& ready pizza. What they gave us was a large cheese pizza. I do not know if it is location based as to what is on a large hot and ready but every other time it included cheese and pepperoni. It only makes me wonder if another family got home and was as disappointed as we were. I get it that mistakes can happen if you just grabbed a pizza out of the box, but this one had our name on it and was made wrong.

Placed an order over the phone. Went in to pick it up and was told it was coming out of the oven. I paid cash for my order and stepped aside. Stood in the lobby as multiple people came in and left. After 20 minutes of standing in the lobby the girl behind the counter realized she had overlooked me completely. I watched her sell my order to walk in customers. She said she was sorry and I could wait for my order to be made. This was a complete waste of 30 minutes of my day not to mention the wasted drive there. I will never return to this location.
