We asked for a hot and ready with butter and parm, which we do every time we order little ceasers. this tho was absolutely ridiculous. Puddles of butter pooling in the box you can barley see the pepperoni. All while trying to charge my boyfriend $30 for a hot and ready and bread. This isn’t the first incident at this location and surely won’t be the last. -2/10 do not recommend!

This isnt even a “food quality” 1 star review. Tgis is a took 30 mins through a drive through to get a online order i placed 20 mins prior. This was sunday @ 12:40pm, i ordered 4 pizzas online for my sons bday party and i had to wait in a drive through just to pick them up….for some reason the front doors are still closed and you cant enter the building….covid isnt a thing anymore and we are still dealing with this. Needless to say it took over 30 mins waiting in my car to get a online order i placed way far in advance. Never again will i come to this establishment.

Horrible experience over the weekend. Waiting 45 minutes for a hot and ready pizza. First pizza they gave me was a vegetarian pizza. Which isn’t what I ordered. They had the lobby shut, so I had to go back and wait in the drive thru line. Finally got the right pizza but no apology and when asked if they charged me the right amount. The worker wouldn’t even look it up and told me I’m sure they charged you correctly.

Food always tastes great! But I’ll never be going back. He woman at the counter sent us home with crazy bread that undeniably had a bite taken out of it… it’s disgusting. We brought it back, and told her about it, and she was annoyed. Just threw it out and handed us a new one. No sorry, no nothing. Just shook her head and sent us on our way.

almost every worker here is so rude! this one lady kept cutting me off then she just stopped speaking entirely. this other guy told me everything i ordered they didn’t have. i wanted Italian bread, nope. i wanted crazy bread, nope. i wanted pop, nope. also you have to wait 40 minutes minimum for a “hot and ready” that takes 8-10 minutes in the oven. ridiculous. just drive up to 14 and schoenherr, they’re nice too.

This place is a joke it’s the closest one to my house Which is annoying and for 1 hot and ready and crazy bread I always end up being here over 25 minutes but yet you can hear all the employees laughing and joking and having a blast through the drive through speaker while there’s a drive through line and there dining room is closed for who knows why. Whoever is managing needs to be replaced maybe even all of the Managment this is a newer location and somehow I get the worst service here always. I’d never come again if my kid didn’t like it.

Ordered on app and can’t pickup in store when selected. Had to do drive thru. Drive thru hasn’t moved and there are designated spots for vehicles waiting on food and not being used. Forced to order on app at speaker. What an absolute joke. Took 30+ minutes for two crazy breads. Don’t go here

This location sells literal garbage. I just ordered a pepperoni pizza and two orders of breadsticks. Easy enough, right? Well, the breadsticks were burnt and hard as a rock and the pizza wasn’t even cut. I took the breadsticks back and everyone just stared at me like I was crazy for not wanting to eat burnt breadsticks. I get some new ones, bring them home and they’re just as bad. Not burnt this time but hard as a rock and crumbled up and thrown in the bag. The sauce tastes like it’s spoiled as well. Threw everything in the garbage and wasted $15. For as long as you wait at this location. I expect my food to be fresh. Even though this location is right by my house, I’ll drive to a different one next time.

Young woman at the counter walked away and refused to serve me when I asked if I could have a discount. My reason for the request was because I was told 1. To come inside for a mobile drive thru pick up order and 2. My order wasn’t ready yet 11 minutes after it was expected to be ready. I didn’t not get a discount or any acknowledgement from the woman with braids and pink hair behind the counter. Sincerely hope corporate sees this as this location has gone down hill tremendously since 2018. I find myself going to local franchises instead of here whenever possible. Staff then proceeded to talk about me while I was within earshot in my car in the parking lot. So sorry to see a go-to place for college students and staff suffer.
