Additional: I received another odd looking pizza asked for an exchange which they did no problem but even the exchange looks odd. Something with the crust is not being done right but I don’t know what. Maybe they are not thawing it all the way before cooking.

0/5 stars if I’m being honest! Employees at the location are super rude, pizzas are left sitting out on the counter instead of in the warmer. I completely understand being busy on a Friday night, but when a customer comes to pick up their order, your response should not be “finally!” Beyond unprofessional.
